Everyone was so nice. Food was cheap and delicious. Very convenient for us because it has a casino next to it.

I do not recommend this hotel, it has bed bugs! We had to leave the hotel and book in another one in the middle of the night. We had to spend 2000 mexican pesos at the Urgent Care to treat my wife's rash due to the bed bugs bites. And another negative, Orbitz was not able to get me the refund for the amount prepaid for this deplorable hotel. I am seriously considering dropping Orbitz due their inability to support me as a customer. If you have any questions or proof of the bed bugs, I have pictures. Call me at 346-661-7899

Walls r thin and you literally can hear people snoring next door. Another day there was a couple’s fight and I could hear it all. NO privacy and not quiet

The only thing was I didn’t have a towel to shower and had to call the front desk

Se oye todo cuando otro hueéped vecino llega, las tarjetas se desactivan cada vez que entras al cuarto, toallas insuficientes al # de huésoedes, es invierno y camas no tienen cobertores adecuados hasta que lo solicitas, nos quedamos sin jabón en regadera, internet intermitente, habitación olía mal, tuvimos que comprar aromatizante. Mala experiencia en distintos aspectos.

Great place!

We had a basic King Bed non smoking room. The only downside is that it doesn’t come with a mini fridge. We had to be asking for a bucket of ice each time. So if you have anything that needs to be stored in a fridge, don’t choose this room. There wasn’t a hand towel, only 2 bath towels, we had to buy our own. But overall the room was descent and comfortable.

En general bien, pero al estar en remodelación o arreglo los cuartos, percibíamos olor a pintura, el teléfono de la habitación nunca sirvió, por lo que había que hacer todo yendo al lugar requerido (recepción, restaurante, etc.). No está padre el cubo que conecta con otras habitaciones (habitaciones standard) porque se escucha todo y un pequeño lloró hasta altas horas de la noche. Muy amable el servicio de restaurante y el personal de mantenimiento. En front desk algunos amables, a otros les falta disposición. Precios de restaurante bastante accesibles.

Property is clean staff was always very helpful the foodcin the restaurants were delicious. We loved the convenience ofcthe layout of the pool and one of the restaurants near the pool making nice for the oarents to relax while the kids are in the pool.

The restaurant in the hotel is very good and the hotel rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good, walk to Walmart. What we didn’t like was no refrigerator in our room and, although there was a coffee maker and coffee grounds, there were no coffee cups.
