Good location on beach, coffee, tea & kettle in room but amazingly no creamer? When asked, receptionist said they don't provide creamer...so why bother with tea & coffe then? Buffet plentiful, food okay for mass tourism. We were all inclusive but ate all but 2 of our meals elsewhere. Pool & beach always busy, lots of kids. Animation team were good and water sports were highlight of our 1 week stay. Recommended if you like all-inclusive, have a big family and aren't interested in experiencing the real Crete.

I loved everything. My family and I really enjoyed it. Rania who is in charge of the reception area and Stavros at check in made our visit special. They are both amazing.

This is the second time we have stayed at the hotel and we were once again very impressed! With 3 small children under the age of 7, it is perfect for families. My only complaint is that the choice of food and the kids club choices were VERY minimal our last few days there. We were there at the end of October, I believe only a day before the hotel was closing for the season, so it is understandable why. However I feel this should have been explained to guests staying at this time of year. We were expecting the same activities and food as when we were there last September. We will still be booking again for next year though! :)

Our stay was fantastic, the kids enjoy the amazing pool/play area and we enjoyed being able to relax while still keeping watch. The food veriety was also great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Strangely the thing I liked the most was the design of the bathroom, their doors and functionality, simply genius.

It was very nice. Staff was outanding. The food buffet was nice, with different choices. But you should think of having food with pork substitute as it was reducing the choice for none pork eater.

We stayed 10 days with a 7-year old, 5-year old, and 5-month old, and we loved it. We found the food to be very good for an all inclusive. The sea-view room we had was clean and fit us all very well. Our two oldest loved the kid pool. The location was right on the water with a nice beach. The two negatives I would point out are that the air conditioning turns off any time you open your balcony door and then you have to close the door and walk over to the air conditioning control by the bed to turn it back on, so you can't be out on the balcony with the door closed and have your air conditioning on. I understand the economics of it for the hotel and the environment, but would be nice to be able to sit on your balcony and return into a cold room. Also, the Wi-fi was not good in the room and we were only on the 2nd floor and close to the elevators. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time, the staff was very friendly, the kids loved it, and the value was great.

This was a lovely hotel with really great food served throughout the day. We stayed in the family apt which was a great size. Just to manage expectations when you see the huge jacuzzi bath - you can’t use it as there’s no plug as they are trying to conserve water apparently. The decor in the hotel was nice and modern. The food was the highlight with the quality and quantity! Pool area is great and hubby enjoyed the water polo and beach volley ball. Motorised sports are reasonably priced and nice chaps who run it. Beach with nice and safe waters Staff were friendly and efficient. We were the only Brits but that was fine by us. Popular with Russians and Germans. Recommend nice walk into Lerapetra itself - nice bars and shops to stroll around.

The best all inclusive I experienced so far. Very beautiful hotel , we had a panoramic layout room and it was perfect, Very updated and the view is amazing . The food was absolutely great, so many varieties and it was delicious. You had the main restaurant and the bar restaurant by the pool, Whitehead to my surprise had delicious food too. Cocktails is a different story , they had a machine do all of them and I must say half of them were pretty bad. So you have to try a few till you find the once you do like. This is a resort for family that have kids, so have that in mind. Tone of things to do for your child. All kind of activities for the whole day and a great kids pool . Our children never got tired of it. Absolutely a must for s family vacation

Wonderful family hotel. Room is perfect for family and hotel really caters to kids with a water park, disco at night and wonderful beach and much more.

Very clean hotel with great facilites. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of activites for the kids. Food and drinks were very good. Plenty of sun loungers either by the pool or at the beach.

Wonderful summer vacation in perfect place. If you have children this hotel will meet all your needs. Nice Hotel facilities :very nice children pool and sea beach are very close to hotel. If you want you can find water sport club near to the Hotel. Tasty food with very nice grill bar near to the pool. So you don't be afraid to loose calories :) - you always can refill the tank. Regarding the rooms - better to choose one of Suite on 1-2 floors - the simple room is old one. rooms with sea view is just amazing - the view is like you on the ship, waking up and getting sleep with sea sounds - i just luck of words to describe it

Good: note:we stayed in the renovated room with the mountains view. All good.convinient.a lot of room.air conditioner quiet.nice balcony size. Clean.Food - perfect. Animation team-very nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Anya-kids club manager. All pools and beach area cleanest I ever saw. Bad: Something has to be done about the lifts. Especially the one in the middle.sensor is not good.i saw it closes on the men with a strike to a head and on the foot of a girl and we had to pull the foot out by force while it was grabing the shoe.it takes too much time to open back if there is disturbance detected. With the girl we are lucky the shoe was hard and easy to release from.

Lovely hotel, reception staff was courteous and helpful. Clean and nicely decorated room. only complaint was the resturant staff, they dont smile! The resturant is always busy and it was often difficult to find a table for 5 of us. They werent helpful, we had to find one ourselves. The other people mostly russians and polish which are often rude and miserable although no fault of the hotel. Excellent animation team and facilties, great clean swimming pool with slides and pirate boat, the kids loved it,perfect for the little ones. No problems finding a sunbed. The beach was great although rocky and very hot.
