Great location. 15 min walk from peace park, memorials, and museums. Lots of eating options nearby as well as shopping. Hotel itself has small lobby, but it does have complimentary coffee, tea, water, yogurt drink in afternoon into the evening (I think 1400-2100). Staff courteous and professional, although a few did not speak English much. No worries, Google Translate helped clarify misunderstandings. Amenities in lobby, take what you need. Complimentary water bottle in the room per person. We had 3 to a room and the beds were laid right next to each other with 1 right in front of the bathroom. Not ideal or sanitary and felt quite cramped. We have been in smaller spaces with better arrangement. Maybe consider smaller beds so we have room to put our luggage. No formal closet, just a rack with a few hangers span ding about a foot wide. Not much room to put our jackets/coats and robes. Bathroom has flimsy shower curtain that billows during showering, causing water to leak out into sink and toilet space. Not sure who thought this was a good design, but no. Just no. Not sure I’d stay here again in future, esp for the price.

Great location, property is very relaxing after a busy day.

Great hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and the towels were some of the best I’ve had. Quite area close by to many attractions. Free breakfast had tons of selection for different tastes.

It was a subpar experience in the hotel. My room Ac wasn't working so I slept under the thick comforter trying to be warm. The staff were nice. The breakfast was not to my liking. The view of the city was nice.

Room stuffy as air conditioner is weather controlled so was on heater mode and window is sealed. Happened that it was not so cold on the 2 nights we were there. No choice had to off it totally and rely on air purifier. Still it was very hot during the day.

The hotel is alway immaculate.

Whilst the staff at the hotel was lovely and we appreciated the breakfast and snacks, our room was small and felt outdated.

I got a very good deal and the hotel was very elegant. Hiroshima’s main attractions like the Atomic Bomb Dome, Shukkeien Gardens, and the Peace Memorial Museum are at walkable distance. There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you directly to Hiroshima Station. Super convenient!

Nice staff throughout. Excellent room service. Free evening tea and other requicites. Huge supermarket and many other dining options nearby.

I did not try their breakfast or take advantage of their welcome event in their lounge. The location for me was ideal as it is on Peace Blvd and a short walk to Peace Memorial Park.

Overall excellent accommodation and no complaints with any aspects.
