Spacious and clean room. Very modern decor. A little street noise but not too much.

Very helpful staff

Check in was easy, the clerk was friendly and the hotel looked clean...

The lobby smelled great but as soon as I walked in the hallway the smell was awful, like fish. The room smelled like smoke even though it is a no smoking establishment. The ac was also not working well, it was so muggy my clothes were damp in the morning.

Overall, very good experience. The reception staff were great.

The bed sheet had 2 different marker or some kind of color stain

The hotel was convenient and seemed safe. It has a difficult entrance for cars, however.

Hotel is nice, our room was a good size. Lobby is small,we had a team staying for regionals so the kids didn’t have a big hang out area inside but they made due and the staff was great

Staff was super helpful with random needs that came up

There were a lot of people that seemed to be living there and making it like home. Drinking and smoking in the stairwell, dogs, barking, people with the doors open cooking and having gatherings. People up all during the night like it was an apartment complex where people lived having a party.

the stay was good, room was clean, staff was friendly, but the bed mattress was hard as a brick!!! lol, other than that, the stay was very good, opposed to the candlewood suits we stayed at in new iberia louisiana back in october 2024 was horrible, the room was dirty, the fridge had leftover food still inside, the bathroom was horrible, i complained to the manager and you would think that we would get some kid of accomidation for the horrible room, we got nothing

I will definitely recommend to others I know coming to the area.

They never cleaned our room and we stayed for 2 days…they never took out the trash, never brought clean towels and then our room key was deactivated before it was time for us to leave… We did have great customer service!

There was no house keeping, and no staff to take of issues.

Staff was amazing!

Room had a horrible smell every time we walked in. I requested a king bed and got 2 double. And floor was sticky in kitchen area. It was quiet but not satisfied with the room.

Was clearly pet friendly. We didn't bring ours but our room smelled like a dirty dog. The floors were spongy and felt wet. The ac worked but when you went near it you could smell the dog smell even worse.
