Friendly staff , had a nice stay

Excellent location, price can always be less and shame you have introduced cost for parking which cannot be added to bill, has to be paid for separately.

The staff were brilliant

Holiday Inn Express generally offer good value for money. Room was nice. Howevever we have stayed at this hotel many times now and this was the first time we had been unable to shower first thing in the morning due to cold water. When we raised this with the team we were told there were too many guests staying and the system couldnt cope with it! We were able to shower later in the morning but this threw our plans out due to delayed departue

Lovely and clean, good breakfast

Apart from the the room everything was shambles toilets were dirty breakfast no cutlery available food trays were empty nothing there to eat it was like prison camp

The hotel was busy, but felt they did not had enough staff. However, the staff was doing good services

Good check in experience. Breakfast very busy. 9am Good Friday was about a 15min wait for a table. Staff working hard to clear tables.

Wash basin is block., The bedsheet is up.

Hotel was clean, well priced and in a good location. Check in and out was really easy and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, probably because the hotel was so busy, and lots of items arrived and disappeared very quickly.

The duvet for the King size bed was only double size. No overhang at the sides so not a satisfactory situation

Not so good had my bank card exploited and fraudulent transactions from hotel

Had a lovely time chilling out with my youngest granddaughter - 9 years old

Pros Welcoming, friendly staff who explained everything clearly. Nice room and comfy bed Cons Breakfast buffet chaos. Long queue for just two coffee machines. Not enough cutlery and delay in refilling food trays.

Ideal location for Abbey Wood

It was amazing we was given a voucher for a free drink and snack, was given a ground floor room due to my mobility it was appreciated. Great customer service great choice of breakfast x thankyou to all the staff for their professional work
