Our stay was well hospitalized.

The hotel has been updated since the last time I stayed there. Looks good. Staff was inconsistent with leaving the coffee packs in room. I went to front desk and they accomodated me.

Room was clean and comfy. The only thing I could say is there was a hint of stale cigarette smoke. I’m not sure if that was from back when it was a smoking hotel or ? It was horrible but I could def smell it. Had no problem with it. Could open the window for air and the furniture didn’t smell like it. Was over very happy with my stay snd will come again! Love the view also!

Nice hotel centrally located. Continental breakfast was not good. Need to provide more towels and take trash out everyday even if they don’t clean room. Need a place to sit or lift leg in shower for elderly peo0le

My second stay here. Staff is great and the breakfast is good. This is where I stay when I come to Richmond.

Safe & quiet. Nothing fancy at all but good for a quick accommodation.

This was just a stop over on our family trip to the OBX. Our stay here was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. Only complaint if I had one was I booked this room in November 2024 and requested a room with our daughter but they were located on the second floor and we were on the 5th. No problem though we were all tired from our travels from Ohio.

It was fine. 13-yr.old granddaughter wasn’t thrilled with the free breakfast offerings, but 65+ Nana had no complaints.

Very comfortable, clean hotel. Close to amenities as well!

AC units so noisy hard to sleep

i needed a handicapped room for an 89 year old in a wheelchair - the handicapped room had a bed that was about waist high .. almost impossible for a handicapped person to get into ..... it would have been helpful if the bed were lower ... like a higher seat level ... otherwise ... no handicapped person without a winch is going to be able to get into the bed

Very clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good a nice selection of food.

We thought we were getting a non smoking room however the room smelled like someone had smoked in it. Also the bathroom floor was dirty

Location was grest. Close to mall and many restaurants. Room was clean but dated. AC was very loud.

The air conditioner could not be controlled, was very loud and leaked water. I was very cold and couldn’t sleep.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. One of the best parts was the location—there were plenty of great restaurants just a short drive away, which made dining out super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again.
