Spa and room size was very good. In general staff was very helpful except few person at reception who were not helpful in answering my questions about city and some restaurants

We had a great stay in Lucky Bansko! The staff was polite and always smiling, rooms were cleaned daily and complementary water bottles restocked and little treats left in the evening to enjoy before bed. The facilities are really good, the spa is maintained well, parking is big so there was never any issue with finding a space, a ski storage is also available with heated ski boot drying system. The best part is the shuttle to the ski slopes (additional charge) which saves hours queueing for the gondola lift. There was one small issue during our stay: we requested an iron in the evening prior to our new years eve party but all the irons were taken by the guests, so we were advised there could be a wait time of 5-10 min. After 1 hour of waiting and asking multiple times, the reception staff told us there is nothing they can do as they don't know where the irons are and they have advised the guests to return them but no one had. As a result we had to go out with creased outfits to a formal event. To avoid disappointment in the future, I would advise management to purchase more irons, or make a log of where the irons are and request these back after a certain time.

The staff were unfriendly and weren’t helpful with information. The hotel forced us to book the NYE dinner which was very bad with vey poor food and entertainment and cost a lot. Wasn’t value for money

We were staying in the off season, we had the spa to ourselves and the staff was extra nice and let us check out very late .

Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas.

Great. A little bit hot in the hotel and in the dining room that it was impossible to eat and enjoy.

Nice, clean rooms and facilities. Buffet breakfast during the weekend was great, it's a shame it wasn't available on Monday where a la carte with significantly smaller choice was offered. Spa closes too early - at 8pm so if you like evening massage they book 6 or 7pm latest which I personally find weird - too early to eat before massage, too relaxed to dress up to go out and eat after. Services should be at least until 10pm.

Comfortable and service oriented hotel outside main center in bansko. excellent offering of transportation to and from ski and city center. good offering of restaurants in or nearby the hotel.

Everything was great with the stay from the room to the frequent shuttle service. Unfortunately I had a ski accident on 31st Dec, which meant not being able to leave the room as per Doctor's instructions. The reception staff didn't show any empathy to find us some dinner on NYE since we couldn't leave the hotel. We tried ordering room service, asking the reception to see if they have any no-shows at one of the 3 restaurants or any places we might be able to order some take out. They simply said they can not help us in anyway here. We had expected a better service from a 5 star hotel when it comes to unforeseen incidents such as this one.

Excellent stay. Parents loved it. Amazing service, facilities and perfect location.

Our stay was good but on Monday, early in the morning at 8:30 we woke up from drill sound because they propably had repairs. We were never informed about this inconvinience. They could deal with it later. Moreover, the spa area was crowded and you couldn't relax due the bad behaviour of some kids. This is a very good hotel and I feel sorry because the quality isn't like it used to be. If you make more rooms for more visitors then you have to expand the facilities like the pool and the spa area.

A lot of child in spa center .there was a lot of lightning in spa center. The water in cold pool it was dirty..

This is a great hotel, a few issues initially, but they were sorted quickly. Pool and spa area are excellent, as is the food. One of the best holidays I have had for a long time.

We had to check out 30 minutes after we checked in and move to another real 5* hotel. The place is a mess. Small rooms and bathrooms with super cheap furniture. Small pool and super small gym. They promised us a full refund for not staying at their property but we never received it. Do not recommend! Waste of time and money!
