to noisy on both sides of rooms were dogs in the rooms continiously barking and making noise could not sleep informed front desk they couldn't do anything. thought big name hotel but terrible noise

The overall service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious and varied selection that catered to all tastes. The only minor issue was the air conditioning in the room, which might benefit from a maintenance check to ensure optimal performance. I sincerely thank the staff for their kind and attentive service, which made this stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Roaches crawling up my legs when sleeping. They woke me up,I killed 2 in the middle of the night.

The staff was so super friendly! We really enjoyed our conversations with the morning desk clerk! I forgot her name. But she is a very beautiful Hispanic woman, that treated us like we had known her our whole lives. Our best stay since on our cross country voyage.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

The service was great and hotel was clean and they were freindly and helpfull beds comfortable and bathrooms clean ...shower head not so great but everything was very good over all

Nice hotel

Room was clean and spacious except, no place to really hang your clothes in the bathroom. Breakfast is good especially the fresh fried potato hash. Employees were friendly and helpful. Will recommend to others.

Nice to have a work desk and a couch to relax on (which is a pullout bed that can sleep another 2, although we didn't need) in addition to the King bed. Also came with refrigerator and microwave, and a nice walk in shower.

Bed was very squeaky and would groan. But otherwise room was clean and spacious. Wish pillows were available when needed. Great breakfast with lots of options.

Check in was very quick and easy. We didnt have much time to sample the bar offerings but they looked inviting and reasonable. Breakfast was good and kept full until closing, which was nice. Room looked new and was very clean. The hotel is in a very quiet, safe area. Overall, will stay here again when we're in Orlando!
