Good hotel for an overnight stay whist travelling through France

I was a good stay

We had booked here because it had EV charging points and a restaurant, and looked like a pleasant setting. We arrived to discover that the EV chargers were Tesla only, and the restaurant was closed. We'd just driven 400 miles, so were not pleased. After a lot of complaining and phone calls by the receptionist, it emerged that the chargers could be used with any EV (officially from October), and we were offered a rather simple (although expensive) meal in our room - a lentil and vegetable dahl with bread, which wasn't bad. The receptionist was very helpful and tried hard to sort all this out, but it took a long time and was stressful, and shouldn't have happened in the first place. The room was fine though, and the hotel was in a pleasant setting. Didn't bother with the breakfast!

Terrible stay. Room is very old (although bathroom was remodeled recently). Kettle and TV remote were broken. Worse thing that happened was to see the cleaning lady enter our room while we were sleeping. The door was locked from inside and the do not disturb placard was on the door handle. Not even saying sorry. Front desk barely apologized for the incident. Never seen anything like this. Trust the reviews and don't go there.

Very basic for a Mercure and in need of a refurb. Ideal for a stop-over to or from the South. Very friendly staff, but the level of comfort is more like an IBIS

Convenient stopover on journey south. A very pleasant relaxing evening and stay.Dogs very welcome.

Not bad, nice and quiet, an overnight hotel

A spotlessly clean, comfortable hotel, with a swimming pool and air conditioning. Very conveniently situated if travelling south as just off the autoroute. Ask for a room facing the front of the hotel as quieter. Those at the back are close to the road.

Je me suis arrêté pour faire une étape dans mon trajet professionnel, je voyage beaucoup, je fais beaucoup d’hôtels différents tous des quatre Etoile minimum et franchement celui-ci est le pire quatre étoiles que j’ai fait de ma vie et le pire Mercure que j’ai fait de ma vie, ça mérite même pas 12 étoiles des tâches partout les portes abîmées les toilettes pas propres franchement je suis resté une nuit, j’ai rien dit parce que j’avais pas le temps, j’étais fatigué mais c’est une honte, j’en mettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel

Confort et service à la hauteur de l enseigne Malheureusement la grosse station de charge Telsa juste sur le parking du Mercure nous oblige à entendre les alarmes qui se déclenchent (très gênant le nuit !)
