The air conditioning worked well in the room, but the hallways were hot.

Noisy and limited options due to locality

The room itself was great, very clean. The hallways, and especially the elevator, are very warm. The breakfast was superb with many options.

Although, it was a little dated than most Hampton Inn and Suites I stayed in the people and staff were nice. The price point for the rooms were a little high being there were some wear and a few broken items in the room. Overall, not a bad experience and the breakfast was decent.

It was a great stay.

Room was nice and spacious, we had a suite. Hallways are not air conditioned and very hot and smell. “Gym” was full of conference room chairs stacked literally everywhere and was completely unusable.

The clerk was professional, kind and helpful.

The gentleman that checked me in was extremely friendly and engaging. The young lady that checked me out was very polite and even offered to make me a “to go” breakfast bag since I didn’t have time to eat. Very comfortable, clean, and a quiet room.

The front desk staff were excellent, especially LaRon. Very accommodating and helpful. It would have been nice, however, on the hotel listing, to note that the hotel was under renovation (much needed!) It will be a very nice place once updates are done, but for now, it is overpriced for the condition of the facility. We stayed 9 nights and rec'd towels once upon request and never saw a maid. We had to put our trash out in the hallway and even though we requested maid service to change the bed linens and towels, no one ever showed up and we were told housekeeping was gone for the day when I called them mid afternoon. Very frustrated with that.

Our stay was very nice from the check in to the check out. Staff was very nice and helpful with all my needs. I loved the complimentary bag of goodies that you are welcomed with, very nice touch. The hotel itself is very nice, fairly new and clean. We stayed in a suite due to our large family and were surprised at how big and spacious the room was. Would definitely come back and stay here again. The only two issues I had was the inconvenience of the hotel dryer and washer being out of service and the waffle syrup dispenser not working during our stay. Other than that everything else was great!

The shower stall was unclean in 2 rooms I was offered.

The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Street noise very loud. The morning we left the power went off so had to go down the stairs. The hotel employees did not know how to get the front door open without electrical power. A man staying there knew how to open the door. I felt like they had not been trained in how to take care of business during a power outage.

The ONLY reason I marked down on property condition and facilities is because when we stayed they were doing renovations and part of the hotel was under construction. Tho I will say you never heard them banging or anything like that. Once the renovations are complete this will be an even better hotel to choose. Everything thing looked beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room smelled bad moldey and she put me on first floor when she gave me my key she loudly said my room number with a bunch of people around.

I had a large room on the first floor, it was clean and the TV is huge but housekeeping started really early on a Sunday and loudly came in and out of rooms and nearby supply areas; the loud sounds of doors shutting (sometimes slamming shut) was constant. I ended up getting dressed, packed and checked out by 8 am; I couldn’t stand the noise any longer. There are signs notifying guests that the property was under construction, but it’s definitely noticeable. The furniture didn’t match (I had a yellow lamp, red chair, and a blue side table, while the rest of the room decor is gray and white with brown furniture). The gym was inaccessible, there are rolled up rugs stored to the sides and corners. Ice machine was broken on the first floor. The layout of the bathroom is not good with an extremely high vanity and the shower knob set-up (when you start the shower you get drenched (I was clothed) and there’s no where to put a soap bar that I brought to use. I did like the lotion and soap pumps provided at the sink.
