It’s a boutique hotel with a good and safe location. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. Room was clean. We enjoyed our three nights stay here.

The property had works being made during our stay. we complained about and only received a "sorry".

The Staff of this property was knowledgeable helpful and very accommodating. A very well appointed boutique hotel, which I would recommend and absolutely stay again. I only stay two nights. I wish I had more time there. To the general manager and team bravo!!!

In the center of Buenos Aires, walking distance to everything

The Recoleta neighborhood was a perfect place to stay and CasaSur was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend CasaSur to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

The staff was wonderful but there were several problems with my room: issues with the WiFi, the coffee maker, the internal telephone, and I had no hot water until I complained. I would not stay there again because of these issues. I have lived in Buenos Aires and know there are systemic problems, but these were localized to the hotel. Despite that, the breakfast was great.
