Good stay and pet friendly!

Me encanta ir a este hotel. Ahora me tope con que no dejan beber o comer cosas que no compres allí en su alberca, pero nada que empañe la experiencia.

Habia un cucaracha en las columnas de la terraza del restaurante. por todo lo demas, muy bien.

The place is nice, the breakfast buffet was good enough with a good selection of food (although it's a bit expensive). It has 2 pools, one heated and one not, but the pool areas are very nice and well taken care of. The room (405) was very spacious, although I'm not totally convinced the bed was King size, but it was comfortable (I'd change the layout of the room, because the TV was to the left of the bed and not in front of it). Overall it was a nice stay.

Todo muy bien, excepto le hace falta una remodelada a las habitaciones, el piso demasiado frío, tal vez hace falta un tapete.

Convenient location and nice pools

From the moment we arrived we felt unwanted. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant acted like they didn't want to help us. I am American and my wife is from there. She also was very displeased with the visit. We stayed in Puebla for a week before arriving there and it was a world of difference, best experience ever. The staff and management should take notes on how to treat out of town guest. Even the taxi drivers said they felt unwelcome when they picked us up, very uninviting. I will not be staying there again and will not recommend them to anyone I know.

La alberca más profunda tiene varios mosaicos ya despegados y causa raspones o cortadas en los dedos.

People very helpful and nice. Service in restaurant a little bit slow. The room not as clean. It needed a little bit of dusting. The rest of the hotel ok.

Staff was very nice. Property condition a bit run down.

I liked the room layout, bathroom, and size of the TV. Didn't like the tv isn't smart, and doesn't have coffee maker.
