It was a nice spot but the room was extremely hot like they never had the ac turned on and yes it was about 33c outside. So had to turn it up on bust and toon awhile for the room to cool down. Other then that it was a nice place to stay

Convenient location!

Clean comfortable and enjoyable

Tidy and clean, easy to get to my destinations

With taxes all in, it was $86 for double occupancy and a king bed. What can you expect for that as it always feels a bit riskier when you aren't booking a room in a well-known (ie - expensive) Mega Chain? What we got was an extremely clean and quiet experience with staff that were exceedingly pleasant and wanting to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We did notice that the sink in our room was slow to drain (but not clogged) and that the room had just enough space for what we needed - a place to sleep for the night that was clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. The Travel London is definitely incredible value for your money when you consider how much more you could spend just a few kms down the road for exactly the same thing - a great night's sleep. The king mattress was not an expensive pillow top high end type, but it was very comfortable and we slept-in in the morning so we knew that we were comfortable and the place was quiet. Don't think twice about booking a stay here if you are looking for a quality, no-frills place for a good night's sleep.

No coffee machine in room....no sports channels like sportsnet or tsn in room.

The cleaning staff were yelling at each other there was a dog barking all night. And the exit door was broken so anyone could come in and out of the place. It was cheaper than anywhere else thats why I stayed there next time I will look for something else.

Clean room

I was very impressed and happy with this inn. It had everything I needed from clean bedding, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, tv, shampoo/conditioner and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very close to several restaurants and the mall. Highly recommend this place. Great price too!

Clean, comfortable and well located

Had the hot tub room, it was good. Fascilities were clean. The lady who worked the desk was friendly to me, but when my girlfriend went to ask a question, she was not so friendly to her.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was. Will definitely be staying again next time im there.

Need to put more soap in unit...the two very thin bars are barely enough for one use!

This hotel has permanent residents living there. People standing in the hallway on the second floor talking loudly. Was difficult to go to sleep. This happened both nights I was at this hotel. People loitering outside. I was nervous about my vehicle rental as they were walking between the vehicles. Not overly impressed with this property and will not return. 2.5 stars at best 👌

BED BUGS!!! Had to pack up and leave at midnight because we found bedbugs. Captured, took picture, and brought to front desk to show. Receptionist told os manager would reach out - never did. Must not care about the FILTHY state of their hotel.

The bed was squeaking too much.

Our room had bedbugs. Didn't even spend the night. Asked for a refund right away.
