The people working there not so nice

Great stay big bed lots of stuff offered that I hardly took advantage of would stay here again

Business friendly,not sure I would recommend for vacation,it’s a very busy hotel with 24hr casino. Parking is €10 per night and the car park is down a very narrow and steep access ramp

Room was too hot and temperature couldn’t be adjusted. Mediocre breakfast. Bacon, eggs, potatoes consistantly cold.

Nice hotel. Good location, comfortable. Good selection for breakfast.

Due to my membership status, I was disappointed that early check-in was not permitted unless I paid an additional 40 euros. Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not functional, and it required three separate calls and over an hour before assistance was provided. While the technician who eventually came was polite, professional, and resolved the issue efficiently—deserving recognition for his efforts—the overall condition of the property left much to be desired. The facilities appeared outdated and unclean, and, most concerningly, I encountered bed bugs during my stay. Unfortunately, this resulted in a very negative experience.

A decent place to stay. It is a bit run down, but the staff was nice. Very well equipped gym with lots of free weights.

Read this: make sure you book a “business class” room. The rooms on 6th floor and above have been renovated. The rooms below the 6th floor are really old and gross (beds are horrible, carpet is disgusting and probably hasn’t been cleaned since the 80s). The business class rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable.

The property is a bit dated but the price cannot be beaten! With very good breakfast choices! A bit of a walk to the center of town but still manageable. Would recommend it!

Air conditioning in room was negligible and poor in public areas. Check in was a disaster. I had Expedia reservation print out and the desk clerk claimed not to have the reservation. I spent a hour on the phone with Expedia which sent the hotel an email after which they honored the reservation. This took place at midnight after a long travel day. Horrible experience!

It was ok. Good lokation near to the walking street and historic areas.
