Very nice hotel and the service was superior.

Nice hotel in a great location and convenient to attractions and train station. Very modern and clean room. Excellent breakfast. My only complaint is that there were gnats flying around in the dining room as well as my room and common area perhaps from the plants.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was excellent and hotel very clean. Breakfast and tea time was great (need more availability for breakfast slots). Beautiful park within a block. Loved this hotel and was a great way to start our 10 day trip to Italy.

Fabulous hotel.The room perfect, and staff especially Shereen on reception could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choice, efficiently run, with coffee and tea being served to your table. Hotel in a great central location for train station and all the sights.

Hotel Rapallo is a little gem! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing! From the moment we arrived, we knew that our stay would be great! We were warmly welcomed by the staff and Lorenzo each time we returned to the hotel. The complimentary delicious breakfast is served in an elegant room, where snacks are also served throughout the day. Our room was spacious and immaculate! This was our first stay at the Hotel Rapallo and it will be our first choice in Firenze! Grazie Mille!

The innkeeper was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us choices of excellent places to dine. She and other members of the staff are available 24/7.

This is a fabulous little boutique hotel in walking distance of all attractions in Florence. This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It has recently been renovated to a very high standard. Room was very comfortable and the staff were all so helpful. There is complementary afternoon tea/coffee with cakes, pastries and sandwiches in the bar from 5 until 7 every night with I thought was a lovely treat after a day of sight seeing. I would highly recommend this hotel and would give it 5 stars. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Florence :))

Clean good food centrally located

The staff was super helpful and wonderful to be around. The room was comfortable. The whole atmosphere was great.

Very lovely hotel. Situated about 15 minutes away from the main centre of Florence, a very nice walk and takes you away from the bustle at the end of the day. The hotel is immaculately decorated and very clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the owner also is very hands on and ensures everything runs smoothly. The little bar is intimate, they serve afternoon tea between 5 and 730 which was a lovely addition. Breakfast is great, and caters for all. I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed so much staying at the Rapallo Hotel. It has a great location. Close to the Duomo, Mercato Central, Fortaleza de Baso, restaurants and souvenir stores. The customer service is exceptional. I loved my breakfast. Just an amazing experience.

Amazing property nice Rooms, close to the train station and walkable to pretty much all the great spots of Florence

We stayed six nights, two rooms with terraces on 4th floor; extremely convenient locale, clean and modern rooms; spacious, comfortable terrace to chill out on; excellent breakfasts with much to choose from and made to order. Afternoon tea/coffee and cakes a fantastic way to recharge and relax pre evenings. Bryan at the front desk was happy and welcoming at all times; Praise was excellent: he wore several hats there and took care of us every day so well with a smile; the morning breakfast maitre de and ladies were extra sweet and gracious. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Hotel Rapallo!

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. 12 minute walk to the train station and the tram to the airport. I would stay here again if heading to Florence in the future
