Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Les employés étaient toujours présents, disponibles et polis à toute heure. Nous étions très bien et confortables. Nous avons entendu en début de nuit un bruit répétitif assez fort de sciage depuis notre chambre, provenant on dirait de l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Ça nous a tenu en alerte quelques minutes, puis le bruit a cessé. Ça n'a pas réveillé les enfants. Nous avons pu recharger notre auto électrique gratuitement et avons énormément apprécié cela.

Staff did not really care about our safety concerns (tv in the way - sticking out of an old tv stand) when we expressed it. However, staff for breakfast was amazing.

The ooutdoor hot tub and waterfeature was a pleasant tough. The indoor pool was warm and inviting. Being right on the bike path was extra special.

Stayed with a 5 year old child. Room was located right above the bistro/restaurant (I didn’t ask for this location) and the noise from the patrons was very loud. I called the front desk, they said the restaurant clients shouldn’t stay later than 9pm. They were there until 10:30 pm. I even had to ask them myself to lower their voices from thr balcony. My child was not able to sleep until then, basically ruining the next day. I spoke to the front desk the morning after and they couldn’t care less, the lady there just shrugged and that was it. So beware if you are with a kid that goes to bed early, this is not the hotel for you.

We had a great time; the staff were wonderful. The pool and hot tubs are amazing.. This was our second time staying at this hotel, we will for sure be back. Thank you to all, especially the staff at the restaurant Sat night. They made our night extra fun :)

VIP people from Africa took over a part of my level with two bodyguards in the corridor close to my door. There was a lot of noise with a bunch of people from this delegation speaking loudly in the corridor. I took some days off there for resting. That wasn't great at all. No microwave in the room. Breakfast disgusting so I went in town. Nice building but nothing worthing in it. I won't come back

Love the spa even though the indoor sauna was not working

We stayed here especially to go skiing in Bromont, but the weather was terrible, so we changed our plan to have more spa treatments in the hotel. However, it was difficult to receive in the lobby any information on how the spa operates and we couldn't reserve the massage... We paid for the entrance to the spa area but found that the spa was not hot. But we liked the new outdoor pool-jacuzzi. The water was warm with a nice lightning. We wanted to have supper in the bistro of the hotel, but there was no place for us, so we went to another restaurant despite the cold. The breakfast we paid extra was awful. Not recommended.

Overall average stay, beds and rooms need major updating.

It was annold hotel. Swimming pool is very small and not good. Spa services were terrible. The women in forn of the office of spa was not aware the plan, what service can do and the price was extrimle expensive for such hotel. We werr not able to go to outsıde pool, no one helped and the door was very old. The room itself was so nice big and comfortable. There was no coffe cup in the room. Only 2 glasses.

Fantastic facility love the spa pools

Overall, it's nice, but, our bathroom door has swelled and could not be closed without a fight. It's been that way a while, we mentioned it last time we stayed. Glade plug in smell was overwhelming, and we suspect it was to cover a worse smell.

We have been staying here for 10 of the last 11 years, missed Covid year, for our annual Zoo visit with our grandson. The hotel and staff have been great each and every year. This year was no exception as we were awarded an upgrade to the room and the use of the hot tub area. We had a great visit.

The pools and hot tubs were excellent! We had a great stay! We will come again!

Had a great night! Enjoyed the spa and saunas!
