I really enjoyed my stay. The pool was clean, the breakfast was great, and the front staff were super nice (shoutout to Jim for successfully helping multiple customers at check-in efficiently and was super friendly).

Great first day!

Clean and quiet for the most part. There were people in the hall that were being very loud around 10:45pm and that was majorly annoying. But luckily they quit after a few minutes. My only complaint is that all the close parking spots you had to me apart of “diamond rewards” or something. Being pregnant and having back pain it was majorly annoying that we can’t park any closer.

Friendly check-in, complimentary coffee all the time, very convenient location, comfortable bed. The bathroom was worn out and the carpet was full of stains but was a comfortable place to stay aside from that. The side door did not work for our entire stay. The complimentary breakfast was just okay but did the job and was on par for free hotel breakfast. We booked last minute at over $200 per night which is not a value considering the condition of the room. But I would stay here again with a better rate.

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were vlesn.

Mixed reviews depending on the time of day. Staff was for the most part friendly but it was difficult getting help with concerns about the room or how billing for the stay was done. Our room was clean on arrival but housekeeping did not stop in once to clean or provide new towels. The trash was over flowing and bathroom was dirty. Our shower was not working and when you would go to pull the plunger up to turn the shower on the entire faucet would pull out from the wall and there was no water pressure. When we mentioned this to the front desk they did not seem surprised but did have maintenance look at it. Mold was noted on the bathroom ceiling most likely because of similar issues with the bathrooms in the above rooms. Breakfast was disappointing. Items were never stocked, juice machine was not working, food was cold and the area was not kept clean. Overall for what we paid a night this was an all around disappointing stay.

Car was broken into

I feel the property needs a deep clean and update. I had booked a double bed and they had only single king when I checked in.

Will never make a reservation that I can not cancel. My bad I am not a traveler. Too far from the beach and we were ready to go home.

The property and room were clean and felt confortable. It was a pleasant overnight stay.

Didn’t like the breakfast selections

Stayed for softball tournament. It was ok. Pool area was kinda sketchy and wasn’t all that great.

The pool had a lot of trash around the pool deck and the location of the pool on the end of the bldg was not very aesthetic. Would have preferred the pool to be centrally located.
