Lovely staff and charming property.

This was ok for a stop over after a function. On first impressions nice looking and comfortable. Staff were friendly but lacked service experience or were not interested, more interested in their phones. Room was clean and bathroom was big enough with a double shower. Bed could do with a new mattress. Water in the mini fridge. I personally would skip breakfast and find somewhere else!

Lovely clean room. The staff were amazing, they work so hard and are really friendly and smiley. We ate here too for dinner and breakfast, the food was lovely. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The extra large, free car park away from city congestion is a bonus. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Easy access to LHR. Nice local hiking trails.

Hospitality was fine and staff very friendly, but room air conditioning was not working and en suite toilet did not flush. View from bedroom window overlooked a bin area.

Great cosy feeling

Certainly not as nice as the photos make out. We would not stay again and do not recommend it. Poor nights sleep for many reasons. Not a good shower. Smelly bathroom, noisy fridge, very light in room at night due to fire exit light in room ...hard pillows. Also very glad breakfast wasn't included based on what we saw. Overpriced for what it is.

Great room, lovely and comfy, decor was great too

The staff were excellent and extremely friendly.

Hotel itself was quirky, good food, helpful and friendly staff. Location good for our visit to the area. Overall the room was lovely. Bed was comfortable, nice little touches like a decent mini fridge with water and fresh milk for tea and coffee, and a radio playing classic fm as we arrived in room. Good size, plenty of space, no noise from neighbouring rooms. . However room Jay was right above the kitchen and dining room and a lot of banging early in morning.

Wonderful accommodation and pub

Great customer service and comfortable room. Had a great night’s sleep. Only critique is the rain shower didn’t have a lot of pressure but overall the stay was great

Our room was very tired- stained paintwork and ceiling. No hairdryer. We have stayed before in a different room which was very pleasant. Easy and free parking.

Lovely room but too hot and not able to open windows. Bathroom looked a bit tired and shower mastic dirty. Staff lovely just needs some tlc in the bathroom

Lovely cosy pub

Lovely staff, big comfy bed, toasty warm room, cafetiere and ground coffee, good shower. Lighting was a bit dim for reading/ working and a few areas of the decor were worn.

Great stay for business, great room, clean. Everything I needed.
