Recomiendo este hotel. Muy buen precio y servicio. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo en el centro de la ciudad.

The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly! The people of the area are wonderful and always smiling. Makes me feel like I’m at home!

The hotel refused to respect the room rate provided to me by Expedia. Therefore, this hotel should be avoided. El hotel no respeto la tarifa suministrada por Expedia e impuso otra tarifa mas alta. Asi que se debe evitar este hotel.

They don’t have much experience with customer they aren’t friendly

Unsafe and awful. Our taxi driver told us not to walk outside after about 6pm or we might be robbed at gunpoint. A noisy gang of teenagers hung out all night, every night, in the street at the lobby entrance. The hotel had removed all the knobs from the A/C units so you had to call the front desk every time you wanted it turned on or off. The hotel turned off all the power during the day and would only turn it back on at dusk. When I asked them to turn on the power before dusk, they refused. Breakfast consisted of little more than burnt and stale croissants. Staff was uncaring and unhelpful. Terrible hotel.

Great value, clean room, hotel tv had Netflix! Such a refreshing change from Spanish tv!

Overall the hotel's location is not bad. Walks everywhere. The staff is wonderful. Helps with whatever it takes. The rooms are a bit old and so are the equipment. The walls are thin and you hear everything. The hotel staff helps restore peace when necessary.

Wifi is poor, breakfast is good, some receptionists look like not happy for working in Customer Service Department.

Very good position close to the train, not far from the city centre, plenty of restaurants near by just a great place to stay.

We stayed at the Napoleon for three nights after our cruise. For the price, it was a nice hotel. Rooms were clean, towels thin, and pillows hard. The staff was very nice and helpful, although there was no ice. Breakfast was good.

Close to Capital, Florida Street, and good restaurants

on friday 11/03/2023, until 2 am the outside music could be heard very loudly, making it difficult to sleep.

比較的中心地に近く、ロケーションは便利。 フロントスタッフは英語が通じません。 エアコンは故障していました。別のビルの室外機に騒音が非常にうるさく感じました。 クリーニングのサービスはなし。バスタブはありますが、栓がないのでお湯はためられません。 インタネット接続はできますが、とっても遅くあまり使い物にはなりません。

Quarto bem simples, para ligar o ar condicionado tínhamos que ligar para a recepção para eles ligarem, porém o telefone do quarto não funcionava. Café da manhã extremamente simples, sem buffet. Todos dias eram servidos a mesma coisa com 2 meia luas, café, leite e suco industrializado. Sem nenhuma opção de fruta.

Foi bom , mas infelizmente Wi-Fi não presta , café da manhã não tem muita opção

Dentro da proposta do hotel tudo muito justo, os quartos são velhos mas a cama e o chuveiro são muito bons

La ubicación es rescatable en relación al precio. Desayuno pobre y en nada variable todos los días sirven lo mismo, pésima y desagradable atención por parte del personal a cargo de éste. No puede el pasajero por su cuenta desactivar el aire acondicionado lo que resulta molesto llamar a recepción que lo desactiven por el ruido molesto que emite.

Muy cómodo, exelente servicio.
