Lovely staff, good food and clean facilities

On arrival the told us that they just painted the shower floor and not to use it for an hour. Well 6 hours later still wet.y foot went right through the painted floor. They said they were full and they could not move us. That night I got food poisoning. So our stay here was not so great. We were so disappointed. The food was really good too. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beautiful surroundings. The place definitely needs updates though.

Customer service here is absolutely 5 star the staff are amazing! The food here is fabulous even in the buffet. Oceana is exceptional. Mara in the buffet Breakfast and lunch is an absolute diamond The STAND OUT here is absolutely the staff and the food UNTIL you go to the gym and the Yoga Shala ….. just heavenly and a joy to workout / meditate. There are two great pools unfortunately both lacking a bit in ‘atmosphere’ and both very quiet however very relaxing. My suggestion would be to make the pelagos pool more of a music / chilled party vibe and the thalasos pool more relaxed and quiet. Another suggestion for improvement: I’ve never been to a 5 star where I’ve had to leave my restful lounger to line up for a drink. We found this very strange that there was NO bed service (even when tipping) to have had that would be nice. Alcoholic Drinks are not included in the à la carte unless paid for. I did enjoy a few speciality cocktails / wines and we paid additionally. The same for some top shelf including baileys. To have had these included would have been better and we would have been happy to pay more to stay if that was the case. All in all a great and welcome break with excellent service and we would return.

The resort is beautiful, the staff are very excellent and the food is great. Drinks wise there is a lot of choice however it’s lacking / chargeable for some things I’d expect from a 5 star (baileys / choice of vodka / whisky etc) and one à la carte in 3 days with no drinks included needs considering. The pool area is lovely, bedside service rather than lining up at the bar would be better (I’ve never known this in a 5 star before) The gym and yoga shala are exceptional, this alone makes it worth while if you’re into that. The schedule is excellent and the area is gorgeous. A few small ‘tweaks’ and this would be TRUE 5 star however I want to be clear, a great resort, lovely rooms and worth the money. We would return (hopefully seeing the changes even if it meant the costs increased slightly)

Clean rooms, pleasant staff, relaxing atmosphere!

This was the best experience I’ve had! The property was amazing on top of the view to the beach. But most importantly the staff was AMAZING! Looking forward to seeing them again.

Definitely not a 5 star resort. More like 3 star resort. Pick a different property, save your money.

Great stay

Everything was lovely, pool bar staff was very friendly and there are a few resident cats to pet that roam freely.

We love this property! It’s a beautiful location & all the staff members are so friendly & helpful from the front desk to the buffet servers. Also the buffet is the best I’ve ever seen and tasted. All so delicious and healthy too!

Amazing hotel and incredibly hospitable and friendly staff and great food!

I have very mixed feelings about the holiday. The hotel was nice, but our room wasn't. The private pool was full of flies and other insects and was tiny. There is no separate bathroom, it's all quite open plan which wasn't pleasant at times. The staff were lovely, especially Sofia in the bar, Paloma in the restaurant (very professional, hard-working and lovely) and Maria from the shop (amazing, kind, lovely woman). The food was also amazing (particularly the desserts which were incredible). But there was no air-conditioning in the main parts of the hotel except for the main bar, which didn't work when the bar was open because all the doors were open. The air-con in our room was good, thank god. Travellers should also be aware that the hotel is built on a cliff and there is only one lift in the whole complex so mostly, it is stairs (a lot of them) and slopes. Terrible if you have mobility issues. The swimming pool and sun-lounge area was also an issue. Sun beds and loungers were full right from sun-up till sun-down. Despite signs on them to say that people could not put towels on them and then disappear, this happened all the time and nobody rectified it. Suffice to say, we were pool-less for the entire holiday. Very mixed review. The views were stunning, the sea was crystal clear, the food was lush and the staff were lovely. But I don't understand how this is listed as a 5-star hotel. It is a 3-star by the standard of the rooms. £3500 wasted.

Views and design of the resort was the nicest we have ever experienced. There is no club on this resort for entertainment, it is a wellness/relaxing resort

Hotel was beautiful, but service subpar—especially prior to arrival. Sent email to me to set up airport pickup to which I replied and didn’t hear back, for example. Very costly, but not worth it. Food was just meh as well. Also, daybeds at pool more comfortable than actual bed.
