The Front Manager, Khun Fon was very nice to us. Was offered upgraded to higher class room plus late check out till 2pm. Nice talking and good manner. Room is comfortable, with lift and swimming pool, near the Hua hin public beach. Suitable for family vacation.

It was a nice place but the hotel is getting very old and nothing changed in 5 years. The location is ok but the rooms are uncomfortable... Indeed the mattress and the pillow are out of age The WiFi not work all the time and the shower as well .. it’s a pity I won’t come back if nothing change
