Enjoyed our stay in the new resort room. Nice and peaceful

Comfortable and lovely accommodation. Lots of food options nearby, and a 7/11 convenience store. Polite and good service from the staff.

Enjoyed my stay but not much assistance from staff. Had to book my own taxi, carry my own suitcase since.

The windows are not rocky, the bathroom has no curtains, the air conditioner is very loud.

The staffs service is bad. They talk like they are asking for free accommodation. The room is dirty. The glass is cracked. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. I stayed for only 1 night and then I left. I am willing to leave the money because there are adults with me. It is affecting my mental health.

The room smells very bad. When I opened the door, I smelled a strong musty smell. The bed was old and uncomfortable. When I asked to change rooms, the hotel let me change. I changed to a nearby 1-story building. But the new room I got smelled even worse because this time the smell was the smell of house paint. The smell was very strong like it had been painted less than a week ago. It made me dizzy. The air conditioner was very loud. The room did not block out sound from inside and outside. When I checked in, another customer came to ask to change rooms saying that it smelled of paint. Actually, the hotel should not let customers stay in a room that had just been painted. The staff should know how bad the paint smells. I really wanted to change rooms again, but my father said it was okay, he would just sleep for a few hours. The hotel should improve the rooms. The staff provided good service. The only problem is that they let us use a room with such a strong paint smell.

จากที่ผ่านมาในการไปพัก การบริการดีค่ะ แต่ลูกค้าที่ไปพักส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นกลุ่มคนจีน ซึ่งเสียงดังมาก กลางวัน กลางคืน ไม่เงียบเลย ถ้าคนต้อกการไปพักผ่อนจริงๆ ไม่แนะนำค่ะ ส่วนถ้าจะไปพัก 1-2วัน ได้ค่ะ ถ้าไม่ติดเสียงดัง

ลิฟต์เท่านั้นที่ต้องการ ความสะอาดก็โรงแรมเก่าๆ สะอาดอยู่ แต่ตู้เอย อะไรเอย ปรับปรุงได้มั้ยกลัวจะได้ไปฟังใน โกลด์มากอะ เปิดไฟนอนทั้งคืน แต่ไฟติดดวงเดียวในห้อง 😅

บริการดีค่ะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ หรือพนักงานทั่วไป บริการรวดเร็ว แต่แอร์มีเสียงดังทั้งคืน เตียงนอนแข็ง ทำให้นอนไม่สบายตัว

Lokasi hotel tidak terlalu jauh dari bandara, penjual makanan dan 7-Eleven hanya 3 menit jalan kaki saja ke depan. Sayang hotel nya tidak memiliki lift, jadi harus naik tangga sampai lantai 4 dengan membawa koper-koper. Dapat kamar yang bagian belakang hotel yang cukup dekat dengan jalan besar, sehingga cukup bising dengan kendaraan yang lewat.

ห้อง 512 คนพักคนที่แล้วสูบบุหรี่ในห้องกลิ่นแรงมากก นอนไม่ได้เลย ลงไปขอสเปรย์ก็แล้ว ฝุ่นในห้องก็มี กลอนห้องน้ำพัง ไฟในห้องกระพริบ แก้ไขด้วยนะคะ
