All round friendly, efficient and courteous treatment. We had a great time at my sister’s Birthday party ! Our room was very comfortable.

Restaurants was very grubby. Tables were not cleared even though the hotel was not busy. Breakfast was poor. Home made brown bread was stale, no fresh fruit available… tinned fruit?? My bedroom apeared to have been upgraded/refurbished (Room 307) but mattress on double bed was old and very uncomfortable.

The room was very clean but needed a little updating. Our fan in bathroom was not working and the flush on toilet was not great. The bed and room was extremely comfortable and cosy with good facilities like water and coffee. The hotel is central to all the towns amenities. The breakfast is splendid and the staff were professional, friendly and assisted us in any way possible.

The room was very comfortable. I was not please at all with the very bad small of the bathroom .

Great value, lovely room. Nice outdoor patio area and lovely dinner in restaurant. Staff excellent; particularly Carys on reception who was so helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful only thing remote did not work to put on tv. A nice person arrived stating batteries might be low, fiddled with remote, finally got it working, not really explaining the fault after it was turned off it did not work again. Did not bother them again. Otherwise 💯 will go back

Comfortable Bed, tea in-room, bathtub, and a taxi phone directly at the check in desk to get me into town easily. Friendly staff. And really lovely breakfast dining.

It was perfect for my business trip with good facilities and an excellent nights rest.

I really loved my stay at this hotel It was warm cosy, great staff , clean great food So my only issue was noise it was a really busy hotel I was on the ground floor and the sound proofing was not great - other that this I was really comfortable with it

The hotel was easy to find, even in the dark when I arrived. The staff gave a good traditional Irish welcome, being very helpful. Everything about the hotel was clean and welcoming, very good selection for breakfast and evening meals.

2 night stay ... Deluxe room but not cleaned during stay. Had to ask for clean towels and coffee machine not replenished

I was there for 1 night, I was overlooking the carpark. There were children playing in the carpark until late. The hotel is dated, but I'd say that if you are there with a family that its a better fit
