I was initially given an uncomfortable room on the 3rd floor, but after complaining, I was moved to a more comfortable room on the 1st floor, near the pool. Strategically located, close to Family Mart, elite shopping areas, and delicious restaurants.

All the facilities are good and the staff are all friendly.

Breakfast buffet has very few dishes, not delicious, unfriendly staff.

First time here. Room is clean and spacious but feels stuffy.

This hotel is centrally located close to the walking street and other attractions. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The breakfast is average.

I stayed at this hotel many times because of its terrific location and friendly and professional staff. I can highly recommend this hotel and feel it is an excellent value for money.

This hotel basically robbing my money, I need to enlist everyone who sleeps at the hotel. I paid extra for my friend, but since he's not staying I switch him with my girlfriend. But I need to open more room for my gf. The situation was like this: my friend doesn't stay in the hotel, so I bring my gf. But I forgot my hotel key. So I ask for new key. Suddenly the receptionist ask if my gf is enlisted or not, and ask me to open another room for her. I told them I want to switch my friend with her, but they said still I need to open another room. The service and the rules is not making any sense. I stayed at other 5 start hotel in any country, but this is the first time I am treated like this. 0/5 for the hotel management and not-making-any-sense rules.

I booked the hotel just for one night, however, the place is very chill and quiet. Very interesting place to stay, relax and enjoy the night of Sai Gon.

The size of the room is not the same as the description, I booked a room of 35 m2 but only the size of 28m2 like my bedroom at home. Breakfast is good but few dishes. Friendly, enthusiastic staff. Overall ok will visit again

Lễ tân cứng nhắc, không hỗ trợ khách hàng khi có sự cố. mình hết pin điện thoại, mượn sạc điện thoại khách sạn không có, báo các bạn đợi tí 10p sau sạc xong sẽ xuống hoàn thành khai báo y tế vẫn không được đồng ý. May sao có anh khách gần đó hỗ trợ cho mượn sạc dự phòng để sạc pin. Đồ ăn sáng lèo tèo vài món, hết món không thấy bếp châm thêm, đồ ăn nguội (xíu mại xủi cảo) lạnh ngắt như mới lấy tủ lạnh ra, chưa hấp, không ăn được. Đồ ăn nóng chỉ có trứng chiên và món hủ tiếu. Hủ tiếu bếp chuẩn bị ít, múc khoảng hơn 20 tô là... hết nước lèo, ngừng bán, chất lượng tô hủ tiếu thì nhìn hình các bạn tự đánh giá xem bằng tô hủ tiếu lề đường không? chứ mình bị tụt mút hoàn toàn Phòng ổn, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, hệ thống điện đèn hơi tào lao. Có bảnh quản lý hệ thống đèn ngay đầu giường nhưng không tắt được đèn ngủ đầu giường, gọi xuống lế tân hỏi cách tắt đèn: " anh xem có cọng dây điện, anh dò theo đường dây tới ổ điện, anh rút phích ra." Ô wow 5 sao thật hề hước. Thất vọng với khách sạn 5 sao. Chất lượng chỉ tương đương 3 sao thôi. Ở một lần cho biết, sẽ không quay lại. Với giá phòng này có nhiều lựa chọn khác tốt hơn.
