Did not have the necessary toiletries. When we asked the staff if we can leave our bags until we come back to the hotel they left unattended bags next to the lift where anyone can literally have access which is unacceptable. They also charged me for something that we did not have, and lying that they cannot find my booking to get the refund back.

I stayed at Mokinba Milan twice and both times the air conditioning in my room didn’t work. Despite reporting it, the staff offered no real solution and just asked me to “wait until the next day.” The room was unbearably hot, and no alternative was provided. Extremely poor customer service and lack of care. I will not return.

Hotel is very clean, it's updated and service is good. It's close to the tram and metro for seeing the city. Our room the air conditioning did not work properly and the floor was also heated. It was 90 degrees outside so it was uncomfortable for sleeping. The hair dryer overheated within 1 minute so bring your own. Buffet was pretty good. 15 euro/ person. Overall we'd stay again but would've complained about the AC sooner and got a new room.

Stayed here with two friends and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and kind. There was cucumber, lemon, ginger water available when you walked in. Perfect accommodation for a quick stay in Milan.

This was the worst 4 star hotel we ever stayed at. It is 1 to 1 1/2 star at best. EXTREMELY tiny room. Very very very small shower. No adequate bathroom supplies.. towels mats soaps etc ( plenty of toilet paper!) A/C does NOT WORK. EXTREMELY NOISY FROM STREETS ( we were on 4th floor). Elevator works sporadically … used by contractors and staff. Inefficient. Run down. Bar advertised as open. Was not. Would NOT recommend this property at all. Shout out to the front desk evening manager Mr Florian. Very helpful and humorous.

The staff was great especially Florian, I was disappointed the Hotel Bar was closed even though the advertise it. The rooms are small and the bathrooms were extremely tiny. Although we did ask for a room change because my handicapped mom couldn't manage in the first rooms bathroom. They gladly moved our room and the bathroom was definitely bigger. The breakfast was a little underwhelming at the motel(every time I've visited Europe before it's usually really good) However over all solid, close to everything, restaurants close by and the staff as I said was great.

I ordered three single rooms for three people and paid in advance. When my employees arrived was evening already, they asked if it was possibility to get a double room instead of all three rooms since one person would not be arriving. The receptionist said yes but charged them an extra 50 EUR( for upgrade, even we had 2 extra rooms, they have not got a keys) before giving them the key. The room, which cost 270 EUR for one night, looked like the picture below..."

A few major problems, bed bug ridden room, becareful. Also, the wifi wasnt working and since i had to get some work done had to change hotels; they refused to refund me. It is very noisy both from construction and thin walls. The staff was very uncooperative. It appears the location is fair didnt stay long enough to find out.

Good experience overall, well located, clean, fine in general. I could come back. I see the hotel more like a 3* than a 4*, and the customer experience could improve. I asked to stay a bit longer at the room and they asked me to pay an extra fee that was nearly the same to one extra night. These things make the difference and having no cost is a shame…

The receptionist is very slow , the longest check in time in Italy, ( 10 mins ) He is not focused, also some people still in the lobby and he asked me to read my credit card number and value date ,,,, he is not professional,
