Breakfast was very good, but the menu never changed. It would’ve been wonderful to have a small coffee pot in the room. Otherwise, everything was great, the maids cleaned Excellent!!! front desk helpful, location great to get to the train , downtown restaurant.

Spacious room decorated in stylish old school Italian touches. Spacious bathroom. We slept with windows wide open and did not experience street sounds that others reported. Limited bathroom amenities, so bring your own preferred shampoos and body care. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Location was centrally located and easy access to metro teams and the Milano Centrale train station. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood as well.

The hotel is old and needs upgrades. The worst part is the smell in the rooms like sewer

It was my first time in Milan.

The hotel feels like a basic 3-star property. It was clean and warm enough, which made the stay comfortable. The pillows were okay but could have been better. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing, with little variety and food that didn’t feel fresh. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful. The location is very good, close to the train station and metro, which is very convenient for getting around Milan.

Stay was just ok. Taxi service they arranged was terrible and super expensive. At front desk flyer says 90 euros to airport whereas driver charged 150 euros whereas as meter showed much less

Enjoyed the Marconi Hotel. Good staff, good location, breakfast included. Hotel is clean with a large lobby.

Everyone at the hotel was super friendly, even when I needed a late check in at 11:30 PM one night. I would definitely return to this hotel, as I felt safe and it was within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

I stayed at the Marconi Hotel for three nights and had a lovely experience. The staff was very kind and efficient and I had everything I needed in my room, including a super comfy pair of slippers. I would definitely go back to this property.

Excellent room, well equipped.

Upper end in price, but we had very poor internet service and showers that were lukewarm at best. The breakfast was exceptional and the large comfortable lobby was a plus. The staff was helpful and efficient.

Location was good BUT for the price per night (I was so disappointed considering what I have got elsewhere for much more) room was tired, incomplete painted walls, net curtain torn, please see photo attached of my review

It’s about 10 min walk from the Central Railroad Station. Quite a few places to dine and a grocery store just cross the street. The hotel is dated but the rooms are not small.
