Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estancia en este hotel. Desde el momento del check-in, el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, eran cómodas y contaban con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. Además, las instalaciones se encontraban en muy buen estado y el ambiente era tranquilo, ideal para descansar. La calidad del servicio, la limpieza y la atención a los detalles hicieron que mi visita fuera realmente satisfactoria. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaría a familiares, amigos y a cualquier persona que busque comodidad, buen servicio y una experiencia de hospedaje de primer nivel. Espero regresar en una próxima oportunidad.

The experience was quite good. The hotel was centrally located and walking distance from Central Station. The reception was in its place for 7/24 and breakfast was very good. Beds (twin beds) were not comfortable but ok. The major problem for us through the two nights was the loudiness during the midnight. The first one on June 6th was mainly related to a fireworks at the city, but the second one was weird. There were a lot of bottles being broken , or the garbage truck making some noise. But that was more than bearable for around an hour. If this is repetitive, that annoys the guests. Overall, the reception was very helpful, the wifi worked well and was a good choice for the price.

Good location to walking for dinner, shopping, financial district, park and the central metro. The breakfast was very good also. The rooms were quite small but adequate.

Staff unfriendly, other than Nina and the Barista - who were both very helpful and pleasant. Do not make any requests.

The hotel felt more like a 2 star than a 3 star. The room would have benefited from a deep cleaning. While they said they provided wifi TV, there was no English channels to watch. That said the breakfast was excellent.

Close the central station and city centre. Room is comfortable and quiet. I like the design of the room to allow extra storage space for luggage

Staff was welcoming, got in at 1pm and room was ready. Room was perfect for 2 and had all amenities.

The pictures on the Expedia website made this hotel look a great option. The experience did not live up to this. The room was really small and the shower was tricky to get in and out. We had a mould issue with the shower and air conditioning, which was unpleasant, but resolved. We found it incredibly noisy to sleep even though we were in the 3rd floor. We both were covered in bites after the second night sleep. The location is ok and the staff were friendly. We found only having one key between us and having to hand it in every time we went out strange.

I stayed in a lovely room that reminded me of a four-star hotel—neat, clean, and comfortable—with very friendly and helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the beautiful glass elevator. Everything was just a 15-minute walk away. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the air conditioning; it seemed to be centrally controlled, and we couldn't adjust it ourselves, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. I believe some improvements there would make the stay even better. Overall, the staff's kindness truly made a difference, and I appreciated their efforts. They even packed my breakfast because i had a early flight.

The room itself was fine, but the bathroom, particularly the shower was not pleasant. The shower door was opaque with lime scale and the tiling was was covered in mildew. It really needed a proper cleaning! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Close to the station and in a quiet area. The breakfast was ok, but ran out of hot food and didn’t get replenished.

I didn’t like the neighborhood, a park next to this place full of strange people. The equipment is really poor and the hotel is old. Rooms look very unpleasant, the hallway smells like old dirt carpet. The worst was the man at the front desk for checkin and checkout, very unfriendly person

Very convenient to train station; easy walk to Duomo. Staff was friendly and cost was quite good compared to alternatives in the area
