Great location and very quiet despite being central and walking distance to metro station. Amazing breakfast options served up by the best, most hard-working staff. Would stay again.

I really liked this hotel. The location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was varied. The shower is small, but the room is a good size compared to many hotels in Europe. They kindly kept my suitcase for me for two days while I traveled to another city.

covenient location in the heart of Genoa. Finding the Hotel and the adjecent parking is not for the inexperienced. Very large room , but dont open the window.. you coud bang it against another building!Very kind staff,

It was a clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room I stayed in was smaller than I expected, but it had everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is close to many of the tourist spots in Genova.

The hotel was nice. It was clean was very difficult to locate kinda down an alley with poor signage. When we arrived, there was no parking The GPS could not locate it

It was a nice comfortable stay for one night.

This is NOT a typical Best Western. It’s a very nice hotel in Genoa’s best location. Helpful staff. On site restaurant. Walk to shops, cares, bars and restaurants.

No AC, although it’s written in Hotels.com page. The last morning we didn’t have hot water to shower. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful, the location was good and the breakfast was good

I only stayed one night but I had no complaints. The staff were great and the restaurant was very nice.

Nice clean hotel with perfect staff. Unfortunately the window in my room did not latch properly so there was some wind an noise from the outside. I dis not mind very much so I did not ask for another room, but some might hate this. Good breakfasts, working Wi-Fi and very clean room.
