Windows doesn't open and there's no Ac or air changer , toilet sea are to high and no fans to change the air inside

Excellent place to stay -

This hotel is in desperate need of some refreshing. While the beds and shower were clean everything is so old and dingy that it feels gross. However the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. I could see they were fielding many issues and responding as quickly and professionally as they could. They are the bright spot in this hotel.

Great place to stay.

Nice little hotel on the outskirts of Macerata old town. Stayed there over Christmas to visit relatives in the area, and the holiday staff were pleasant and attentive. Limited dining in the hotel but many restaurants within a few minutes walk and free car parking. Will stay there again.

Overall positive experience. However, the refrigerator did not work.

Older BW franchise on the outskirts of Macerata town. No restaurant at the hotel, only a breakfast bar, but plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk. Friendly staff and free parking and the rooms are clean, but could do with renovation. I booked a superior room with a large balcony offering a nice view of the old town and was generally satisfied with my stay.

It was a horrible experience, I was no heating service in my bedroom so the gave me a small heater which is not healthy, secondly when I surrendered the key at the reception on checking out day the receptionist told me that I did not pay for the night I spent but paid the previous night according to there record. We sorted it out and I left but unfortunately the same receptionist drove to the bus park and gave me the worst embarrassment of my life that am still owing the hotel for one night in the park. I showed him the again the payment plan which reads that all your stay have been paid for. He came back and ask me city tax of 2euro , I queried him insisting that u did not ask me city tax when I handed u over the keys but your disgracing me in the park as if am a criminal. I have already informed my lawyer to take a legal action against the hotel management.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and everybody is willing to help if needed, unbeatable good value both for business and for leisure

Basic Best Western. Minimal extras like breakfast, bathroom soaps. Room was for two people, but only one chair. Great balcony overlooking Macerata but no chairs or tables to sit and enjoy it. This hotel is not convenient to old town if you don't like walking or taking taxi/bus. It's about a 15 minute walk to shops and cafes.

I went to Anyone, with the idea to stop by Montelupone, 40 min from Ancona... Ancona's hotels were not expensive but full of bad reviews. This hotel was more than expect... The staff were great, the service was good... The access is good if you know how to drive in Italy's country side. Most important the price! Great price for the quality of the hotel... I would stay here again.
