Bathroom is spectacular! Modern, new, spacious. Having a separate powder room is a luxury and very well done. The bedroom, and sitting room, are nice sized. That said, the furniture fills the room and the only place to put a suitcase is to move furniture around to make room on the floor. The wallpaper is peeling, there are dings and dents in the walls, very obvious patch and paint jobs along the trim and woodwork that are very poorly done. There's three light sconces, all tipped at different angles, and the carpet is bordering on disgusting with all the stains. The shampoo and lotion dispenser were empty, and while the breakfast buffet was ample and diverse, the hazelnuts for the breakfast granola were rancid, and the pineapple in the fruit bowl was so overly ripe, it tasted rotten. A little attention to detail would go very long way here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Victoria Palace Hotel. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit, even surprising us with champagne after our proposal, which made the moment feel extra special. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality bathroom products that added a touch of luxury. The breakfast buffet each morning was fresh and satisfying. We also used the hotel’s laundry service and were impressed, everything came back neatly folded, and they even boxed our socks. It’s a charming and elegant hotel with exceptional service, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in Paris! We would definitely stay here again.

It was fine. We have stayed in St Germaine before in better areas . Everything is almost 20 minute walk but to get to the bridge and cross the river. Hotel was nice nobody went out of their way to make it feel like a top notch hotel and the prices were well above average hotel. Breakfast was fine not great but fine and then there was a weird charge at the end of additional taxes that felt steeper then I was expecting

Adorable Hotel in a great location. Lots of cafés, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Loved the breakfast buffet every morning! At the bar, the drinks were expertly made amazing! Stop was very courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.

Great room, large and roomy. 4 star hotel and I felt like I got what I paid for. Towels, bedding very nice. Love the way the bathroom designed, very modern, beautiful. Front desk very helpful. Bartender, Apollonia, was a unique experience. She has some advanced education in mixology and you could tell she enjoyed her work. I've never met a 'bartender' so knowledgeable about cocktails. She even created some unique cocktails centered around my tastes mixing various flavors from the bar. I can't say enough about this person's knowledge. It was delightful.

We loved everything about this hotel. From the stylish design, the comfortable beds and top notch service! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Paris. We will definitely be coming back.

Used to be a regular client. Not anymore Some of the staff is really good and knows the job requirements while others are students learning with guests. Had a very bad experience these last 2 times, and didn’t find that the manager was up to the level. Still, regardless the manager, and some trainees, they have some of the best people in hospitality I met in Paris. A weird cocktail of both professionalism and incompetence. Wish they will be back to what they offered when they relaunched and till 2 years ago.

The junior suite was very nice, quite charming actually. It's just that the mattress was so firm it was hard, and in my partners case, impossible to sleep on. I mean really firm lol, otherwise I would give them a 5 star rating.
