We had two rooms booked and we all agreed that it was a great choice. Front desk - super helpful. Location - bang on. Restaurants everywhere and within walking distance to the amazing Mercado Boqueria ! Rooms were clean and roomy, with a balcony. Because we visited during the fall, we didn’t have to worry about AC or lack thereof /not even sure if they had AC :). Overall, a great experience and we’d be back.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location — just a short walk to the metro, buses, and even the airport bus. The room was lovely and comfy, and it was nice having Netflix on the TV. The bar area was a great spot to chill in the evening. You can even book excursions through the hotel if you want to explore more. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel like all the hotels located near Plaça da Cataliuna is refurbished over centuries old bones. Yet it had just about everything we needed a full bathroom a nice comfortable. Queen size bed, and a safe. Also, it had a small refrigerator and we were able to ask for a kettle. Don’t expect American television for that matter any television that is in English the service was excellent the folks they are very helpful.

We were assigned to a second building and we have two heavy bags plus a pushchair for my toddler there was 5 steps going to the second building after going up on the 2nd floor and finding the 2nd elevator was a hassle. My husband has to lift them all up as we received no assistance just directions. We paid once breakfast but its not worth 15euros if I may tell you.

Great location. Good sized rooms. But the layout was such that you need to take two sets of elevators to get to some rooms. My room was in the second part of the building so you had to walk quite far inside and lift a heavy suitcase up stairs in between. Unfortunately, for my room, the shower heating fluctuated from cold to scolding hot frequently! Good location for solo travellers. Not recommended for family.

Staff were very helpful, even let us check in one of our rooms earlier than usual and also upgraded us to bigger rooms! The only bad thing is that one of our rooms had a broken fridge and they couldn’t do anything about it. We also left the key card in the room to keep the room cold since it’s very hot outside, but the housekeeper took it off so we came back to warm rooms. But overall, it was a great experience. Good distance to La Rambla and to the metro station too.

Great location and proximity. Friendly staff, and housekeeping service was good. While breakfast wasn’t included, their breakfast buffet had good variety and choice of items.

The hotel sold the room online as a spacious room with a sofa bed in another room yet it looks more like the other room was a closet or balcony instead. So small that I hit my head with the safe door & was bleeding in this compact space. Front clerk did not offer to upgrade or change room not even comp our breakfast the next morning, no compassion & no care.

The staff was kind ,friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean .the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, walking distance to Major Madrid landmarks and very close to subway station.The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to Madrid visitors

Great central location for a reasonable price. Staff were pleasant and unintrusive. Would have liked a fridge that worked and a kettle for coffee in the morning but not a deal breaker. Would recommend if you're after no fuss but I think we'd want more facilities and space travelling as a family next time.

The bartender by the name Carla was awesome. When i asked for ice for my swollen knee she accommodated me my putting the ice in a bag both nights i was there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy at the front desk help me locate the bus that would take me back to the airport to my flight. The rooms are very small, they need to be bigger, the bed should be higher and need to be attached to the headboard so that it don't keep sliding around when you attempt to sit up in bed or stand up. Other than that it was good.
