Average hotel at a very good location.

Great location, basic hotel with everything needed for a city stay. The family room was tiny and the sofa bed was very squeaky and creaky. Breakfast was good, not amazing! Shower was very good and everything was clean.

The hotel rooms are small. For 3 guests, the 3rd bed is a sofa bed that takes up a lot of space. The window faced a brick wall, which resulted in lack of natural light or view. The shower had no place to put your shampoo or soap products. The lighting was terrible, you had to play with the switches to figure out which light would turn on. Someone tried to open out door from the hallway. We requested a room with a better view (atleast the street) but they said they didn’t have any. And they only had 2 rooms in the entire hotel for 4 guests. It was a terrible experience since it felt depressing in that room

Great Location but room is too dirty. too much dust on every furniture and trash in sofa bed as well.

Small cozy apartment for staying in Barcelona . Location is great and metro is just 2 minutes from hotel .walking distance and close to all shops and main attractions and all in walking distance .staff are great and responsive and there is 24 hours reception and security in hotel Having a small kettle or coffee maker in room will be a great plus . Also if they could serve breakfast earlier than 7 am would be great ,like 6:30.or having something small buffet to grab and go early morning like coffee and some small sweets ….for people leaving the hotel early. I need my coffee in the morning before leaving hotel .we are traveling and leaving hotel early and coming back late . But overall this is a nice place to stay

Location is great. Room is small.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious the staff is nice, very attentive. The only complaint is the noises, in the early morning work was being done and it was very noisy. You can hear the doors closing very loud, all the people talking in the corridor. If you’re expecting to relax and late awakenings, is a little complicated.

The staff were very rude to my son. And it has false advertising! His room was book for three people and they ended ip charging him extra. Will never stay here!

Amazing beautiful

This was a really central location and was good for families. They even had cribs!

Our experience with Grupotel Gravina was just ok. The hotel is located in an inside alley off a Main Street and is quite close to many stores and the Las Ramblas shopping district (under 10 mins walk) so quite convenient. The lobby staff were friendly enough but not the most enthusiastic / helpful. The main downside of staying here was how inconvenient it was getting from the lobby to our room on the 3rd floor. We had to take 2 incredibly tiny elevators and after getting off the first one, walk through a winding hallway with stairs in between and carry our luggage up those stairs each time as well until we got to the second elevator. The room was kept clean which was good though.

Rooms were ready when we arrived. The receptionist was very helpful in providing directions to our sightseeing destination. Great location.

The room is clean and staff are courteous.
