I recently stayed at this hotel and although there were a few initial complications, the way they were handled was extremely professional and reassuring. The staff went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and even offered us breakfast on the house, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture. A special mention to the gentleman at the front desk who wore glasses worked on christmas eve morning- he was incredibly helpful and delivered exceptional service throughout our stay. He made sure everything ran smoothly and even ensured we got to our taxi promptly, which really took the stress out of our departure. Overall, excellent customer service and a great experience

Nice stay at the Arvor - firstly the staff were really friendly and welcoming - well done you made us feel at home. Hotel was well located for us - liked the neighbourhood and access to sights, transport and dining. Overall a great stay - we highly recommend the Arvor to others - comfortable and affordable.

Staff were nice and the room was good. We had an issue with the shower not having hot water one morning. The hotel is well placed for everything and close to good dining

Our first time staying in South Pigalle - liked the area a lot - quiet and non-touristy, but close to many dining, eating and bar options. The front desk staff were superb - we forgot a couple of items of clothing and they stored for over a week until we returned to Paris. The room was large, and the bathroom was fine, with a great shower. Elevator building which was helpful.

I really liked this small hotel with about twenty five rooms. The hotel was built in 1952. The management is very nice and they care about your stay. The breakfast is small but reasonably priced. There was eggs, yogurt, cheese, croissants, bread, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and good strong coffee. The rooms themselves are pretty small but clean and just fine for the need. I banged my head a number of times on the sloping ceiling. The hotel should consider adding more lighting in the hotel rooms. The internet was simple to access and rock solid for my entire four day stay. The hotel had a nice list of the neighborhood restaurants and the neighborhood was good. I’ll come stay at this hotel again.

Lovely hotel in St Georges just around the corner from the Metro. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very roomy family room which was perfect for the four of us. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby too.

We loved staying in the family suite! It was very spacious and clean for our family of four. The beds were very cozy and we all slept so well! Will definitely consider staying here again!

Couldnt get room service, even when explicitly asked for. Was really great coming back at midnight to dirty sheets that we then had to spend an hour trying to get the right ones from the front desk so we could change them ourselves before going to bed. The shower dumped water all over the floor, visible water damage from this happening repeatedly (warped wood all over the bathroom and entry.) Dirty towels not collected from room, again, even when requested. Its a nice location but wouldnt come back. Front desk seemed shocked and apalled we wanted service and needed soap refills/towels/clean sheets after 4 days.

Great location close to the metro lots of bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. Hotel was nice very helpful staff room was mostly clean just a couple of minor things but overall pleased with our stay. Would recommend

Lovely stay. The hotel is bright and clean with very helpful staff. The area around is full of fantastic cafes and shopping. Windows in the room face the courtyard and open… Great value for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful small hotel with wonderful staff and honest character.

The hotel was clean and tidy, there was staff around at all times. I came for fete, the hotel was in a great location. Only downside was that the pictures didn’t exactly match the room I was in and that was disappointing. However they had everything I needed, and staff were very accommodating.
