Staff are awesome Rooms are well kept, a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic area! Our balcony room was gorgeous! The room was also clean and had the necessary amenities. The only issue was the noise in the AM. I understand the hotel is located in a busy area and expect outside noise to some extent, but never being able to sleep later than 6am on vacation is less than ideal. I would suggest if possible double pain windows maybe? Overall we had a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Our experience was outstanding. We were especially pleased with the room upgrade. It was much bigger than expected and extra special being at the end with the two windows we could open to see and hear the lively and fun activity on the street and restaurant below. We loved the 'old' feel of the entire hotel and the room itself. The front desk staff was great - very cordial and helpful in many ways. The connection with the restaurant was great and the waiters, food, and outdoor environment was wonderful. And the location was really convenient also. Thanks Curtis and Susan Brock

Incredible location— very close and walkable to many top sights (Notre Dame, Louvre, Marais, Jardin Luxembourg). Hotel is down a quieter street, while still convenient.

A positive was that at arrival a nice woman at reception was kind and arranged for me to get into my room without waiting . The room was called a double room It was tiny. There was no safe present in the closet The walk in shower was adequate .The room faced the street and was noisy thru out the night.It would be better to have a room facing the courtyard Breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced.The coffee could be improved They give customers a discount for the Italian restaurant in same building which is quite good

Good area. Breakfast is okay. Scrambled eggs were awfully. Services were nice and could fluent English language.

The propert is clean and staff is pleasant. Room was small , but it is Paris .

This is a charming traditional hotel, but the desk clerk insulted me by laughing at my attempt speaking French. Also - most importantly- this hotel is NOT for anyone with limited mobility; the bath/shower was treacherous.

The location of this hotel was amazing. Lots of cafes and things to do. Very close to Notre Dame. The room was nice and quiet with a good view.

Excellent location in the heart of the Latin Quarter, but the downside is that it is very noisy at night. The windows are single pane and not soundproofed. Bring earplugs! Rooms were not ready at check in time. Air conditioning did not work on one floor but the staff was able to get it fixed within several hours after we reported it and others confirmed. Good breakfast available in small room off the ground floor. We preferred options outside the hotel. We appreciated that the staff tried to make up for the deficiencies for our stay (we had several rooms).

Excellent location near the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Seine river, the Sorbonne, the Luxembourg Garden. The rooms are tidy and nicely updated with modern amenities.

Location was good for restaurants and attractions. We left to early to be able to evaluate the breakfast.

It was a nice place in a good area - room was a bit small and had no balcony but it was ok for a two-night stay.

The staff and location were my favorite things about this hotel! Very kind, genuine people who offered us lots of advice for our stay and seemed genuinely concerned for our safety & making sure we paid the best value for things. Our check in was delayed, so they were kind enough to offer free breakfast. They were attentive when I asked for more towels, pillows, & other items. I loved how close we were to tha atttractions we wanted to see, as well as the metro. I enjoyed the Union square restaurant across the street. The air conditioning could use a bit improvement, as we were quite warm and like a pretty cool room. It was a very cute, clean place! The refrigerator did not seem to get cool either but we didn’t mind as we didn’t have much need for it. It is a very small space, my husband is a bigger guy and it’s difficult to manuever in the very small restroom but we made do. Thanks so much! We had a great stay.

The staff were helpful, the room was well kept and clean. The room was a bit small but plenty for just us two. A smart TV would be nice since there were no channels in English and we couldn't get the subtitles to switch off French It is in a very wonderful location, near plenty of places to eat, and several metro stations.
