Don’t go there. Do not even think about it. It is infested with bedbugs. All the 4th floor. I was in room 403 and woke up at 1Am with 20 bites. The bugs were big, means they’ve been there a long time. I spoke with the reception and he didn’t care. Dont be fooled by the pictures, it is not as advertised. Highly NOT recommended

Quaint little property. Excellent location for getting around on public transport. Room with a bed , tv and ensuite. We enjoyed our stay.

Horrible! The front desk lady accused me of the water leakage from the washroom while I was showering which I wasn’t making a mess. If only I could post this comment with some photos attached, of the room which she said “the hotel was recently renovated”, I would... she also talked to my sister telling “if you want a good hotel, do not choose the cheap ones”, so my sister replied, “so if the hotel is cheap, quality of the whole property doesn’t matter?” So she kept quiet... If there’s there’s a leakage or something in the hotel, investigate first and never blame the guest...

We canceled this hotel because they couldn’t accommodate us. They said they would cancel at no fee and with a refund. Instead they charged us full price and Expedia could not get in contact with the hotel to look into a refund for us. Stay away from this place. The hotel & staff clearly cannot be trusted.

I ask 3 bed for the saturday night when I booked but when I arrive on friday at 2pm the room wasn`t ready.... and it was not possible to have an extra bed for the saturday night. The lady at the reception didn`t help us at all. I have to book another room next door.

The hotel is fine for the amount of money that you pay. The location is ideal to get around Paris, Republique/Oberkampf/Perimiter metro stations all within walking distance. The area felt safe, with plenty of shops/cafes close by. The hotel rooms are small, suitable for a long weekend. The hotel offers breakfast for 7 Euros which was very competitive

For the price it's a good place to stay. It's a bit small but your a five minute walk from a metro. There are also bars and restaurants around so it's a good location.

To me, a born Parisian, I understand the differences between European , especially French hotels to American ones. I liked the room I was offered, pleasing to the eye, and large enough for me being single. I liked the kindess of the staff. I also like that I finally found the bus to the Gare du Nord for the airport. Room was clean, good bedding, and warm enough. Shower good too. Only little thing I did not like was the lack of Wifi connection on my floor. Overall, I can recommend the property,but attention-the street address is a little triky to find.I was not well informed by the metro how to get there easier. Nieghborhood very interesting multi cultural in Paris.

It was a great stay! Value for the money!!

The property was extremely run down. Very dirty and very noisy. We are used to staying in 2.star accomodation but this hotel was so bad we left after one night despite having paid for two. Staff were friendly and that is the only good thing i have to stay about the hotel. Absolute dump. Avoid.

The Arab manager let himself into my room when I was asleep in bed! Maybe he was looking to steal my property. Atrocious

Great area for walkers. Near Opera Plaza and METRO. Good restaurants near by. Fantastic breakfast for the charge.

Terrible! No Heat in Room, No Fridge, No Safe Box, No Clean, Noise from Neighbour .....

Room was small, bathroom was tight with molds in the ceiling, sink falling apart but walking distance to subways, local restaurants are closeby, amazing front desk personnel! FYI: website will say, checkin lobby is close Saturday afternoon & all day Sunday.... NO this was not the case...there is someone 24/7 able to help you.

Perfectly clean and comfortable room. Big bed. Excellent location next to various metro stations. Lots of great (and cheap) bard and restaurants nearby.

Staff was very friendly, room was small but just what we needed. Nice area, felt safe sleeping at night. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Would stay again
