Terrible service. First, the put us into twin bed room although we booked for double bed room, but they can switch it soon. Then, at my last night, the electricity in my room were off suddenly. It only happened to 2 rooms including mine, normal with the others and lobby. I complaint about it, then the hotel staff (only 1 person in charge through a night long) looked confused and tried to do a little with electric center at the hotel. Finally he just said that he had surrender to that condition and offered no solution for the rest of the night. So I can only back to my room, slept and went bath in darkness without lights and AC. I asked for discount or giving back my money for the last night stay, but the hotel officer only said that it was difficult as his boss could not be contacted. However, I'd like to say that the hotel room was convinient and large enough. Hotel location is very strategic, near to big station (Gare Montparnasse) and many cafes/restaurants around.
