It 's a very efficient accommodation for business purpose. Narrow stairs is the only small issue. Right on the corner there 's a bar and eatery that open from 8 am till late. I took a walk around the area and it feel save and lots of small shops, restaurant and convenient store. There 's a Metro station to go to main Paris attraction just across the road. Walking 15 minutes to Eiffel Tower.
