Great hotel close to the beach and good service

Good location - a minute's walk from the train station and beach front, with restaurants, bakery and supermarkets nearby. The hotel and room was clean. The room was quiet and bed comfy. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the staff was amazing — always helpful and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The only downside is the noise: doors from the neighboring rooms slam quite loudly, and if you open the windows, you can hear music and chatter from the bar across the street until around 2 AM. Overall, though, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially if you travel with pets.

Lovely location and clean hotel

The staff is super friendly and helpfull. The rooms are nice, refurbished so everything appears new and in good conidtion. The aircon is controllable which is really good as you can set up your preferred temperature. The hotel is just a short stroll from the beach and shops and bust stop and train stop. Very convinient

Staff were amazing. My room was perfectly clean and tidy. But i would have liked a full length mirror and more than one plug sockets to charge devices :-)

Right between the train station and the beach, with nice green grocers etc. just around the corner, yet no loud traffic :)

We found the hotel to be in a great location, the staff to be very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast very enjoyable, the room comfortable and the air conditioning to be the quietest weve ever experienced. We enjoyed our stay very much, andxwould consider using the hotel again and recommending to others

This is just unbelievable that in the middle of Juan les Pins you can find this most terrible prison like hotel! Ok the price is lower but for £140 you expect at least basics in your room as a wardobe, mirror..that was non there in the tiniest room ! The bed was awful had a plastic protective mattress cover that was making noises at night, the shower is so tiny that shower curtain sticks on the body while showering..and this is to name a few. This is the worst possible hotel I’ve ever stayed! Stay away!

Very good location as hotel is near the beach & train station. Local bar has a lively atmosphere so it can get loud on the weekends. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Hotel has seen better days, but overall comfortable. Ask for power extension board at the reception has rooms lack power plugs.

Good location. The room was small and bad looking. Is a 2 star hotel, I know, but was king of depressing. The staff very nice and friendly.

Right by the beach, easy for the station. It's a great base for enjoying JLP & Antibes on a budget. One slightly odd mark - the hotel staff are insistent you don't eat or drink in the room, but if the weather is nice it's perfectly normal to go to the beach with a picnic.

The location of the hotel is very good: close to the train station and to the beach. The room is okay for the price.
