Beautiful. Family friendly gorgeous pools staff entertainment and fantastic food ! Even have breakfast for those leaving in the middle of the night for flights. Perfect for families! Our party was me (Nan) grandad my daughter and husband and 4 grandchildren 5 months 10 4 and 6 year olds . We will go back!

Absolutely amazing could not fault the hotel. Pools were all lovely and clean and not too busy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and quick to check that you're okay and have everything you need. The main shops and beach are just a five minute walk away so super convenient. We went all inclusive and i couldnt fault the food there was a massive buffet selection so something for everyone and if you're a little fussy theres plenty of 'usual' british food too like chips and bits for the kids and all the food tasted great and fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Second year at this hotel, it didn't disappoint! The animation team really make this place, there is so much to do and the shows are great! They never fail to have a smile on their faces and greet you every time they pass. They work so hard but you can see they love their jobs. The pool is really shady so perfect for little ones or people like me who like to dodge the sun. If you like lots of sun then there are pools for you too, we didn't use them. Food was good, better this year than last as they had more veggie options and lots more chicken on the menu. Temperatures are ideal July and August. The only downside was the lack of English speakers for the kids to play with. They didn't like staying in kids club because of this, perhaps we went a little early in the season, some schools had not yet broken up. They made friends in the end when more Brits arrived. Can't fault the hotel at all. All the bar staff were super attentive and friendly, Daniel and Maria especially. Hope we can come back next year.

Great resort with lots of pools and different places to lounge. Good variety of food and drinks. We stayed all inclusive which didn't include certain cocktails but that wasn't a problem for us. Less positive: Some staff less helpful than others! Lots of people smoking which I didn't like so had to move .

Great food, soft drinks are main brands, main pool is great with lots of sun beds, some towels go down but still plenty left well into mid morning. Beach & town 5 minutes down slope hill. Wednesday Mexican night 👍

Hotel very clean and good value for money. Staff were all very friendly and food was enjoyable. Good location in Paguera although the resort and hotel are almost all German tourists.

Fantastic hotel, highly recommended. Visited with our 2 children (6 and 3) who absolutely loved the pools and entertainment teams. Family room was spacious and clean and the food was fantastic. All staff very friendly and engaging. We will be back!

Clean. Good entertainment options. Good pools. Bring back the inflatable slide. More food options/restaurants. To be able to order food from the pool bar on all inclusive deal.

Great hotel for families, great entertainment, close to the beach/ shops

I've stayed in too many hotels to count and I really liked Valentin Park Club. At an honest price my wife and I got comfortable room (suggest checking you are allocated a recently modernised room, they aren't all as nice as ours) and we got breakfast included . Breakfast is a super buffet mix of hot and cold , plenty of choices. Hotel grounds are lovely, well kely6and nice pool. Its popular with families with young children, ours are all grown up these days but I have no problem with seeing plenty of happy families around. Front desk always manned and helpful, short walk to beach. Easy to find by car and generally easy to find parking around.

The mitre D and his team in the restaurant were amazing very attentive and always smiling. Dinner could start earlier than 6.45

The property accommodates guests with families very well with family friendly facilities. The property was also clean and in a great position. Lots of shops, restaurants, beaches and buses near by. Most staff are really helpful, approachable and very friendly and welcoming. Only staff that made us uncomfortable was the man in charge of the restaurant. Soon as we walked in the restaurant for breakfast he looked at us like we shouldn’t be there and never greeted us the same as other guests. He also made us sit in the most undesirable position in the restaurant. For us breakfast wasn’t good, maybe we prefer to order breakfast rather than a buffet style. Most things was dry, the fried eggs were very oily and bland and the scrambled eggs were so soggy. We ended up making our own breakfast in our apartment or eating out. Stairs to our property was long but a good workout. However, it’s not great for getting luggage’s up and with very young children though. Overall it was a great experience and the kids loved staying there. Checking out was very easy- they kept our luggage for us so we can explore some more and use their facilities before our flight was due.

Staff hospitality is wonderful and very supportive to children. It is the best experience for us.
