The room had too many ants

I had a great quick stay here. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Easy walking distance to all the sites. Rooms are simple but clean, functional, and serviceable. Would certainly recommend.

Staff was very helpful

Room was nice and clean. Had a balcony which was nice. Was up on 7th floor which wasn’t a problem but it was hot. Thank goodness they had a fan.

The accommodations were ideal here. They were perfect for my family with a nice large bathroom and shower. The location was very centrally located, making it easy to get to the awesome sites of Vienna. The breakfasts are well worth it and very filling.

Fantastic central location. Only negative is the shower and shower curtain which was a bit mouldy. Shower tray could do with replacing however would stay again for a short trip.

Staff were terrific. Breakfast is included which is a bonus. Rooms had plenty of space. Hotel was in walking distance to transit and many sites.

Relaxing week in Vienna

Great place! Staff was very helpful, gave great information about how to get to local places, free breakfast, near train stop and walking distance to many spots in Vienna. Room was clean and spacious.

This is a well hidden away gem of a place to stay, especially if you want to save money in one of the most expensive cities in Europe by taking a room with a shared bathroom. I still actually had my own shower and basin. The breakfast area could do with being bigger to seat more people, but there is not much they can do about it. The area can be quite noisy but if you close your window at night it's fine. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English and the room was clean and had everything I needed. Also more spacious than I thought it would be for a single. Overall - loved it.

Out of all the hotels/hostels where I have had to use a common WC, this one had the cleanest. The person at the reception was polite and friendly, the room is clean and conveniently designed. We had a very pleasant experience.

The place was clean and great location. The unit can use major updates. The bathroom is old as well as the carpet. The heating unit was loud at night

We stayed on the 6th floor. We were completely surprised to get inside our room and find out we didn't have a toilet in our room. We had to shre one with the room beside of us in the hallway. Our 10-year-old had to use the bathroom badly when we arrived. Unfortunately, the people staying next door were already in the bathroom. We waited a long time before the bathroom was available. When it finally became available our son wouldn't go to the bathroom because it smelled awful. I need to go the the bathroom in the night 3 or 4 times. This was very inconvenient for me to have to go out into the hallway. The carpet looked really dirty by the door. I didn't want to walk barefoot in the room.
