It is very conveniently located but the bathrooms are quite small.

Location is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk.

Very convenient to stay at the park area with hop on and off bus stops nearby and metro station and a main street

Central location, superior staff

The actual bedroom was a good size & well laid out, but the bathroom was just too small with an old bathtub & an adjustable shower head. The powdered coffee sachets in the room were not of a particularly good standard. I was disappointed not to be told about a planned event very near to the hotel on one night that had loud banging music on until 04.00. To compound this, police used the hotel to presumably oversee the event and were audibly going up & down the corridor directly outside of my room until 06.00. I was also unable to take public transport to return back to the hotel because of metro station closures. Surely customers booked into the hotel should have at least been told about such an event about to take place.

Very nice hotel that included a wonderful breakfast buffet. Had at lovely view of the Marques de Pombal and surrounding park from our room. The area around the hotel was busy and vibrant with easy access to transportation of all kinds.

When we arrived, we were greeted well by the front desk. The young man that showed us to our room was exceptionally sweet and nice. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he greeted us every morning. In the restaurant, Nelson became one of my favorite waiters there. He was always so energetic and full of life and positive energy. During the last two days of our nine day stay, I was sick and Nelson brought over a special tea his grandmother would make and even brought me an extra to go. The hotel doesn’t offer too many towels and despite asking three days in a row, we did not receive extra towels. We finally stopped someone in the hallway and she was able to accommodate us. Same with the in room coffee service. It was good. It was just you had to ask the right person for additional regular coffee and cream. Overall, it was in a nice section of town and we were able to walk around easily, or take an Uber if we were feeling particularly tired. Lisbon is a beautiful city and we would go there again!!

Location is good

Great location but very dated property. Great bed, ok size room, good breakfast and great view. Unfortunately the bathroom plumbing had a terrible smell and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. Would I pay more and stay at another property that costs 400 euros more - absolutely. Disappointed that HF has not invested in this property.

Close to beautiful parks and the tour bus stop. Surprisingly quiet.

All good. Only complaint was the picture quality / signal on the TVs for the Sports channels. Easy sorted I would imagine - Amd would certainly make the room experience much better.

Very clean and professional staff

Hotel is in a good location metro just outside. The aircon in the room was loud and did not have much effect and rooms are hot. Bar was great, breakfast was a good selection.

Nice hotel for a weekend stay. Walking distance to the sights, even in February ;) we benefited from so good weather so that helped. Hot breakfast I could take or leave, not the warmest, but a variety of options and lots of fruit. We really liked Lisbon, found everyone to be very friendly and whilst we were out and about much of the time, would recommend this hotel as a good base from which to explore.
