Room on the 5th floor goes up through a narrow staircase (without elevator). The rooms are cramped & facilities are very minimal not in accordance with the photos that seem luxurious. Bathroom is very narrow, difficult to move. The bedroom is like a "guesthouse room". Very bad & disappointing, and not in accordance with the price which is quite expensive.

Hotel with a very good location for those who want to tour London, close to Paddington train station. Check-in time, the staff is very kind and friendly. The breakfast can be selectable as desired

The staffs are very professional and helpful. Room is exceptional clean and tidy.
