Great location and newly renovated room. Friendly staff.

This hotel didn’t have a working shower, the solution offered was to walk into a public corridor and use another rooms bathroom. Checkout is 12. We got a rude knock at 11.45 to leave. Half drunk water in the room, telly not wired up. Awful experience and refused to refund. Poor. Avoid this hotel

Lovely hotel in quiet location opposite the beach within walking distance of cafes/restaurants.

The hotel was a nice sized room - very spacious family room with two single beds and a large bed - perfect for a family of four. Easy to walk to the centre within the walls, about a 15 min nice walk along the sea front. Plenty of parking near the centre if you wanted to drive in. The hotel had parking- we booked a space in advance. Would stay again.

It is a beautiful location! We could hear the Ocean all night and it was beautiful! Staff was awesome and very helpful!

This location is amazing, it’s we’ll situated right on the beach. The hotel has a nice restaurant and terrace right on the beach walkway. The rooms are clean, the service is above and beyond. Also saint Malo is a super nice, clean and relaxing city, the beach is huge and the sunsets are like no others.

Excellent sea view room right on the seawall promenade within walking distance to the walled city. Hotel Alexandra exceeded my expectations at this price point.

The hotel is a little shabby but clean and comfortable. The staff are charming and helpful. The view from our window onto the beach was superb and it was a huge plus to be able walk out of the hotel onto the promenade. We didn’t make use of the restaurant in the evenings but did once eat lunch on the terrace which was most enjoyable. We certainly intend to stay again for a short break.

Wife and my 2 kids spend 2 nights. Wonderful staff, parking was right at the hotel, has a lift. The beach is quite nice and a 20-30 minute walk for the main city. Rooms very well kept and spacious. Restaurant had some great food and nice breakfast. Would go back for sure.
