Nice hotel and lovely food and pleasant staff , but having to wait two hours for check in is a blimin joke , I know it said check in at 4pm but if the room is ready why hold on until exactly one minute past four ( a bit power mad ) if you ask me , defiantly won’t be back at this hotel

Très bon petit déjeuner avec renouvellement de nourriture toutes les 10 mn et elle remet en place et nettoies ce qu'il faut. On ressent qu'elle veut que ce soit parfait, et ça l'est. Pour le reste l'expérience a été moins bonne (prélèvement d'une caution de 150€, accès au SPA facturé 20€/personne, serveur désagréable) Chambre calme. Hôtel loin de Colmar mais belle décoration.

There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room

Gutes Hotel mit schöner Außenanlage und Lobby, ca. 15 Minuten entfernt von Colmar. Kleines aber sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit WiFi. Frühstück kostet 15 Euro und war qualitativ ok, aber irgendwie dysfunktional. Das Personal war völlig überfordert, Besteck, Teller und Speisen (z.B. Rührei) wurden nicht nachgefüllt.

This property was beautiful and comfortable. Our only constructive comment would be to have the air conditioning be adjustable by the guest in the room. Caroline was kind and helpful during our visit. Thank you.

We had a nice stay. Good location with a car or bike to get to Colmar.

Von hier aus Colmar besucht. Ruhiges, sauberes, neues Hotel mit sensationellem Personal, freundlich, hilfsbereit….so muss es sein! Zimmer ruhig, gross, bequemes Bett, sauberes Bad. Hier übernachte ich gerne wieder

J’ai reçu un excellent accueil dans cette hôtel. A peine a 5 min en voiture de Colmar. Une chambre confortable et d’une hygiène irréprochable. Un service de restauration de qualité sur place. Merci

Clean and has air con. Not particularly friendly though young girl was. The bar man was curt and unhelpful. Whoa be tide you if you go to the pool with a hotel towel or after the swim you walk through the hotel with a drip! Went out to dinner and returned by 2210 and barman refused drinks and said he was clearing up and closed. I wouldn’t book again

This was a great hotel! Room was large and airy.The bathroom looked new or at least well kept. They had free parking, many of the spots had charging stations, it was a bit tight for a larger car, but we managed to find a spot. The restaurant was lovely, offering a large selection of foods. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is about a 10 minute taxi ride to Colmar, which cost us 17 euros. Service was great during check in and the restaurant was also a good. Overall a well priced hotel for the area.

We stayed here one night on our trip from UK to Switzerland. Perfect place to spend a night. Nice family friendly and clean. Garden for the children to play.

The hotel is very clean. The hotel manager reponds positively to all our inquiries about the touristic insights of Colmar. The service team is very kind and professional. There is lady in reception who spreads smiles every where and she knows how to get hotel instructions intelligently. Overall the hotel deserves your stay.

Probably one of the smallest bedrooms Ive ever slept in. The bathroom in my previous hotel was larger. Breakfast food luke warm but evening meal was delicious.

Stylish, friendly staff with good English. Full breakfast with hot items. Great meals in the restaurant.

Good welcome on arrival. Fitted us in to resturant for evening meal inspite of having two large group bookings pre booked to eat. Small town location but convenient for onward travel.
