Breakfast was great. Front desk / lounge staff were great. Room had massive spiders and was smaller than expected.

Fantastic hotel staff and location

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very small and there is no elevator. The desk attendant did show us to our room and did volunteer to carry our suitcase up the staircase. Luckily I was traveling with my husband, so he did the heavy lifting. Believe them when they say the restaurants nearby are only open for a short time for dinner. Most stop taking new customers after 8:00. And there are no other dining option nearby. Overall the hotel was nice and is in a great location to explore the historic beaches nearby.

This was a dream come true. When we drove up we were transported to an earlier time in history. We were looking for the complete French country experience with all the comforts of a modern hotel. This exceeded our expectations. The rooms were lovely and when I opened my window in the morning, there were sheep grazing right outside. It was a very short walk to Gold Beach and about a 10 minute drive to Bayeux where we caught our tour. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delish. After we walked back from dinner we would sit in the bar for a last glass of wine before bed. We just loved it.

It’s the ideal property to get a most relaxing and tranquil stay!

Very comfortable stay, with lovely grounds and breakfast. No evening meal service except for a simple bar charcuterie...but with so many restaurants within 500 metres it's simply not a problem to eat out.

We had a really amazing stay here, it’s a great place to stay in Normandy. The staff was amazing and the location was beautiful.
