The grounds of the hotel are stunning, perfect location for Normandy D Day Beaches. Good breakfast in the morning.

This is not a 4 star establishment. We have stayed on better 3 star. The property itself is beautiful but it is run down and with basic facilities, we went for breakfast at 9am and they had run out of most food items, no staff around to assist. Had to go to reception to be told there was only 1 member of staff manning the reception and assisting with breakfast, as she was busy we had to wait for her to be free and restock the breakfast food. We decided to leave without eating. The on site restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay which was not communicated until we arrived. Overall will not book again. Not value for money

Staff was very kind. Property and rooms need refurbishing desperately. Very old beds, carpet and furniture. Odd restaurant hours and availability. Truly not on par as advertised for a chateau inn setting.

A very pleasant place. We had some trouble with the heating (too hot), but it was fixed the next day, Beautiful setting, with a moorhen living in the pond. It is about ,7 miles to town, but the walk is unpleasant. The restaurant in the hotel is quite mediocre.

Clean room and amazing venue- felt very special to stay in such a nice place. Was upgraded to famil apartment however this was looking old and tired, but very good space. Comfy bed and good heating. Nice to have a bath in room. Dinner was a let down- save your money and eat at the various places in town. Location was good, close enough but quiet area. Friendly reception.

Food was not too good. We thought the food was packaged and the breakfast time we never get replaced food. And that was a little bit rude.

Very nice and clean hotel. French country chateau feel. Rooms good size and huge modern bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Only minutes from Omaha Beach and other WW2 memorials.

What an amazing hotel, the rooms were massive with mini fridge and coffee and tea facilities. The staff were amazing and the evening meal even though it was a set three course was priced incredibly reasonably and the food was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t recommend it any more.

Charming hotel in an old country mansion. Easy 15 min walk into town, slightly less to train station. Helpful staff at front desk assisted us in booking a great tour of the D-Day beaches. Our room was small, but nice. The bed was comfortable. The dinner was really delicious (reservations required).

A lovely stay in this gorgeous chateau. The dinner was excellent, both in value and taste. We enjoyed our stay and you could safely walk into the center of town within 20 minutes.

What a charming place to stay. This place is a little bit off the beaten path so not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for. However, this is a charming property with a lot of character. The staff was friendly and they really enjoyed the general area. We’re very happy with our room.
