Un hôtel charmant, propre et confortable. Le personnel était très attentif. On reviendra, sans doute, Richelieu est magnifique.

Great location

The standard of service for the evening meal was so bad that we walked out after 25mins as NO ONE even came to ask if we wanted a drink! I have also posted this on Trip Advisor

Well situated in the heart of the historic city

Basic ok for a stopover rooms looking tired damaged furniture although clean enough

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was very good. Very spacious and comfortable. Only down points - one large towel each in the bathroom. Only a coffee maker provided so no tea bags - we are English we need our tea in the morning.

Welcoming and good value

Great location off the main square. Room was not in the main hotel but in an old building on a side street. No lift, very outdated, not as clean, no view, a completely different experience than in the main hotel.

Accommodation good and excellent location. Good breakfast. Dinner at the hotel was okay but service very slow due to shortage of staff.

Very good, as usual

Since we found this hotel 4 years ago we have used it as our mid journry stop between our home in France and visites to Eire and UK. It is a very nice property well manged. Food is excellent. We have recommended it to several friends all of who think the same. Will book again in July.

Perfect location in the historic heart of Richelieu with a perfect position on the main square. Super friendly staff and a lovely terrace. Bright and clean and a great place to stay

A stopover coming north. This hotel is well situated on the main square of this historic town and well worth a visit. It is a labyrinth of old and new with wonderful wooden stairways and miriad corridors that any rabbit would be happy to live in. Staff very helpful but of all hotels stayed at in France since Covid this seemed the slackest. Just had to be aware.

Lovely hotel, only one problem as the room was in the eaves at the top of the hotel beams very low and kept bumping my head

Steep stairs to bedrooms, not for anyone with climbing issues, dinning room nice, brekfast brilliant, good choice of foods. Staf helpfull, brillian location for sites and parks.

The property is located right on the main square of Richilieu and we didn't need to move far for refreshments or meals from the excellent restaurant.

Creat location. Close to the park. Nice breakfast.
