Very clean, pleasant stay!

A really pleasant stay at the Belle Epoque. Staff were great and the room pleasant. The location is perfect. Oh and the restaurant next door (towards the old town) was wonderful!

This very charming hotel is located in a very good neighbourhood, close to bakeries, a grocery store as well as being close to the town centre, wine and mustard tasting and parjs. The hotel is close to the train station and roads to other areas. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Overall a good experience. Not updated, but well maintained. A little small. Staff was generally great. One staff member was a rule matron and should not be in hospitality.

We enjoy visiting Beaune and this hotel is central to the "old town" but still accessible for the car. Lovely belle epoque features and good/helpful/polite staff.

Such a convenient place for a one night stop over in Beaune. Easy to drive in and out from the motorway, secure parking on site - this pretty, traditional little hotel is comfortable and offered a substantial, fresh breakfast to get us on the road with a smile. Pleasant service - all that we needed.

It’s a quaint but clean place, just a few minutes walk from the center of Beaune. I’ve been staying here for years and much look forward to my every stay.

A good choice of place to stay when visiting as it is an easy walk to the city centre. Car parking is available at the hotel but be sure to inform them if you have a high vehicle as there is limited height entering the car park. Breakfast is served not buffet. Staff all very friendly and helpful

This is an absolute gem of a hotel- perfectly situated just on the outside edge of the main town and peaceful despite its central location. The staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming, always so accomodating and even provided an excellent restaurant recommendation. The rooms were cute and the table and chairs outside were perfect for a picnic lunch. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Nice stay, with a large, clean, comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Air con would have been good, but not fitted, although not a problem in September, might be a different story in July. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, but limited options for the price (€15/head). Overall, very good and would recommend if staying in Beaune.

The room and surrounding facilities were beautiful and relaxing. I loved all the flowers. The room was clean and extremely well kept. The staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. It was so easy to walk to the center of Beaune. I would recommend to everyone.

I've been staying at this property for 25 years and each time I go there are improvements and updates. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is a short walk to the center of old Beaune. The owner is on site every day.

This is our 3rd overnight stay in the beautiful town of Beaune - and our favourite hotel. The standard double room was comfortable with plenty of space & a convenient arrangement (both in the bedroom and bathroom). A peaceful courtyard with plants & water feature for a delightful apertif or outside breakfast. Friendly staff who seemed genuinely welcoming and happy to help. Breakfast was freshly prepared on request, rather than buffet, and included freshly squeezed orange juice. Free parking just the other side of the road, or enclosed safe parking on site. Very convenient for the town centre sights and restaurants ... and the stained glass reception area is so pretty!
