Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a clean room. Bits of the hotel are a little dated but still nice to stay at.

Whilst building is a little tired - staff were very attentive and a great place to stay. Very close to tram stop - cheap tranaport to Tours centre.

Nice Hotel,if they had air-conditioning room it would been nice. Unfortunately due to the hot weather it was hot. The hotel receptionist Rafella was extremely good. She helped us providing fan to our rooms and very courteous. Thank you Rafella, keep up your good work.

The room was okay, not very well appointed, but cleam and well maintained. I really appreciated having a fan, it made the warm weather confortable. The pool was out of service during our stay, which was disappointing as it was the reason we booked this location, but the staff was very apologetic. Breakfast was okay, a bit overpriced for what was available, but we only ate one day and it was quite picked over.

The tramway providing easy transportation to the city was an unexpected benefit to our stay. The hotel was a little hard to find from the direction from which we were coming, due to lack of signage. We made a suggestion to the receptionist to add a sign on that side of the entrance way. The receptionist made a note of it and promised to forward it to management.

I had to make an unexpected stop on my way to catch a ferry. I booked my stay through Hotels.com The whole booking and checking in experience was seemless. The Hotel was in a lovely quite area and the staff where super helpful/friendly. The Hotel is Motorcycle friendly.

Abit disappointed with the check in procedure if you arrive after 5pm. Given a code which I assume other people have access to and you key is in an envelope that is available to the public. After a long trip the rooms its self had been set up for one person meaning I could not get extra towels or pillows. Uncomfortable night. Too hot as the air conditioning was not very good. Did not want to open the window due to mosquitoes. I get there are no additional amenities due to covid such as water and coffee facilities but this did not reflect on my booking and so I did not expect this. There was dust and water marks which made suspicious of whether the room had been deep cleaned due to covid. Was a good location for stop off. But overall not worth the money we had paid.

Really polite, lovely staff. Very comfy bed, warm room, plenty of space. Good bathroom. Convenient for an overnight stop. Just needs a little redecorating.

Nice pool although no sun beds around pool. Just a few chairs. Some were broken. Our first room was not suitable , full of broken glass from a broken shower door so we had to swap and They had to hoover that before we could stay in the second room The staff were friendly Though and changed the room without a problem. Good place to stop off of travelling from Uk To south Of France.

In a residential neighborhood. No restaurants nearby.

Basic hotel but suitable for what we needed. Clean and friendly service

This was an overnight stop en route to the south of France. Hotel is 3*. Location is OK as near a commercial centre with restaurants etc to walk to. Rooms could do with a refurb, but all clean and all OK.

Hotel is old and in need of renovations. Staff are not helpful. Only some rooms are air conditioned. The first room they put us in had a leak and smell. They moved us to a room with no air conditioning. The family room is really not a family room there is a double bed and two cots put in the room.

Once we had found it everything was fine. Important to know it is not in Tours which has a street with the same name. Having sat for a few minutes in a very residential area a french lady came out and said - another english lot lost- and told us how to find it in the separate town of Joue les Tours with the same street name. Restaurant (which is only Mon to Thu) was very good and saved having to leave the hotel to find a meal. Definitely recommended for an overnight stay en route or perhaps longer if reason to be in Tours.

Great swimming pool, plenty of parking, but the room stank of stale urine and there was no air con, so a choice of stinking heat or noisy open window and a room full of mosquitoes.
