Mountain View room’s Wi-Fi signal very very low. Shower area very very small 60cm X 60cm. TV remote control out of order.

Convenient location, but bathroom didn’t smell good. Needed it better cleaning.

Very small rooms. I requested double bed on Expedia but got two twins. No air conditioning . Breakfast very basic for 8 Euros which is understandable. Staff nice and helpful.

Excellent location, clean and basic room. No tea and coffee in room.

Very clean. Slow elevator. Didn’t eat meals there but no food or drink allowed in rooms. Few parking was a 3 minute walk across a bridge on the other side of the river. 10 minute walk to the Basilicas and lots of restaurants. Wifi didn’t work on our last night (front desk coverage is limited) but the kind night security guard let me hot spot from his phone.

It a little from to the sanctuary. The breakfast was buffet but the choice was limited. Otherwise all is good and the people running the place was nice and very nice.

The staff were the most caring and helpful that we have have experienced. In particular Pierre and Thierry.

The manager or the owner was very welcoming and very friendly. Always ready to give us information and help in the best manner. The hotel location was convenient; close to local restaurants, supermarket and main pilgrim place. The mountain and river view; so special and so beautiful. Would love to come back and stay at the same hotel again.

The hotel rooms have very minimum amenity. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. So for the money value, I think it's worth it!

For what we paid it was very good value the only thing was that the hotel said they had a car park. But the car park is a free public car park and there were a lot of Roma living in the car park I took my car out and was lucky enough to fine a space on the street across fron hotel.

Very basic, no frills hotel. For the price, is a good choice. Good view from balcony, river and snow capped mountain. Hotel staff is very helpful. Bus stop in front of hotel - very convenient to get to city centre, train station and airport. No need to pay for expensive taxi fares. Quite disappointed that there is electric kettle in the room. However, hotel manager is kind to provide a flask.

Nothing much to comment about apart from smooth check in and check out.
