This hotel and staff are very professional and nothing is to much trouble , this is our second stay and will be definitely back soon

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolutely wonderful stay at Best Western Montfleuri in Sainte-Maxime! From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, welcoming, and always eager to help. They truly made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and situated in an excellent location just steps from the stunning Sainte-Maxime waterfront, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. One thing that particularly impressed me was the exceptional customer service. On my first evening, I experienced an issue with the air conditioner in my room. The staff handled the situation immediately and without any stress or inconvenience. To my surprise, they graciously upgraded me to a larger room, making what could have been a minor inconvenience into an example of outstanding hospitality. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable experience throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sainte-Maxime or the Saint-Tropez area. If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly give 200 stars! Thank you to the entire team at Best Western Montfleuri for making my trip so enjoyable.

My husband and I checked in on October 20th. Maida was so helpful, quick and sweet! Literally, she is the best front desk agent we have ever interacted with! The hotel is SO nice, clean and elegant (not your typical Best Western in the US). Our room was SO cozy, clean, comfortable and smelled SO nice. The sea view out of our room window was spectacular. Street parking is free. Breakfast was delicious. We also got a bottle of rose from the bar - needless to say it was the best bottle of wine we have ever had. We had a hard time leaving the next morning. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay there again. I HIGHLY recommend the hotel.

Not a 4 stars hotel, 3 at best. Staff was rude, parking was an issue. Will avoid it in the future

Hotel staff spoke Spanish!! This was a plus. They are very welcoming and nice. Provided good instructions to walk around. Hotel is clean although room was small. Only one towel for two guests.
